House was clean and in great condition. Corner spot in the marina gave extra patio space and privacy. 2 Manatees visited for a day but disappeared the next. Staff at KLK was beyond kind and accommodating with local tips and suggestions.

Great place to stay.

Had a great time staying at the tiny home on the water. Overall great experience. A little miscommunication over parking between the several people working the front gate. Nothing marjor but it seems that the individuals had expectations from each other on how the parking worked. We were told to park at a certain place and then told by the next shift that it was wrong. Like i said, not a big deal. Thw place was wonderful

PERFECT PLACE for anyone with a boat

We loved this property! It was perfect for us, especially with the boat parking right out front. The house was small but nice and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Thank you for a great stay!

Little slice of paradise

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon , and we were absolutely thrilled with everything. We loved that the house had a bunch of mini splits to keep it nice and chilly. We also loved that the house was very clean and well kept. The tiki hut on the water with the tv and great lighting at night makes a perfect place to relax at the end of a fun filled day. All around this was a fantastic place to stay!

We stayed here in April 2025 - perfect location with a great patio overlooking the waterfront harbor, perfect for us. Everything you need is a short drive - grocery Publix is close enough to walk to. The tiny house is adorable and clean, well stocked kitchen - We found great place to hike /Hamock State Park and Rowell’s was a great place to swim

Had a great stay at the tiny house. Was as advertised, very clean and accessible. My teenage son and I had use of the two rooms which was perfect for the amount of space. Very chill place and recommended.

The noisy little community

Not a clean place dirty floors food crimmy handles and food on frig cabinets, wet laundry in the washer and dryer, back area dirty not cleaned. It was a cute place but lots of hidden fees. The worst part is the blowing at the pool at 7:45 am every morning and went on all day , the tree mulching all day every day and the pounding sound of of pilling going on all day .the barking dogs next store . Very very hard bed .Outside TV did not work would have been nice to watch a movie when it was finally quiet at night .Not a place I would stay again

It was so cute, clean and cozy. We had everything we needed! The neighborhood has a nice pool area too’. Loved being able to use the kayak as well. There was a fire pit, outdoor seating area.

Tiny house with lots of space!

Enjoyed our stayed at this cute and clean property. Nice spacy kitchen and sitting area. Location was great, close to almost everything we needed, food attractions, grocery. As a bonus had a pet cat in the backyard for the stay :) Would love to revisit some day.

Perfect getaway for a family!

We absolutely loved this property! It had all of the amenities for our family to enjoy, and was the perfect size for us. Well kept, clean, easy check-in, friendly campground staff, easy access to Publix, great pool...I could go on and on! We enjoyed every night under the lights on the lanai - looking out over the inlet. It is the perfect home base for your trip to the keys! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
