This is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront condo. It is tropically themed with Dolphins and Sea Turtles.
We are surrounded on 3 sides by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. If you like diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, or tennis, you will probably like this resort/condo complex.
There are 3 pools, 2 Tennis / Pickleball courts, a Pirates of the Caribbean playground, BBQ's, a salt water lagoon with a beach and tropical fish, a Jetty that extends 1,000 feet into the Ocean, which you may fish from and see beautiful sunsets.
We are surrounded on 3 sides by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. If you like diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, or tennis, you will probably like this resort/condo complex.

Updates needed
The place was very dirty. The kitchen window sill was full of dirt and dead bugs. The shower was dirty. Door tracks were full of dirt. Decor, painting, and furniture needed updating. Linens were old and worn out. The dryer was not working. There was no ice maker or dishwasher. We were switched to unit B6 after we decided to include our small dog with us. I later advised landlord, Norman of the condition of the unit.
