The Hot tub seem to be on a timer for it did not get warm until evening. There should be something about the hot tub in the book so you are aware. We had several days of cool temps and it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub during the day. Another suggestion is to list in the book that quiet time starts at 10 pm in BOLD big letters so all are aware. I know it's a city ordinance but it gets lost in all the wording.This was a beautiful outstanding home, one of my favorite. Thank you

Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay, the home is gorgeous and is everything that it said it was and more. Great location.. The host was wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating. The Home had everything we needed to enjoy a week in the keys. We will definitely stay in the house again on our next trip down to the Keys.

Great Key Colony Beach House

Our stay was just incredible. The house was perfect for multiple couples. The large ice maker was a very nice touch. Would love to come back here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful family trip over Christmas. The house was in great condition and exactly as advertised (little bigger even). Walking into Christmas decorations, including a tree, was a pleasant surprise. Host was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Everyone had a great time in the Keys.

Fantastic property in great location

Had a fabulous vacation here! We two families with younger kids staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of space, lots of pool toys to keep the kids entertained when it was too windy for a boat rental. The two kitchens and outside grill were well stocked and space was perfect for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

The house was absolutely beautiful and has it all! My husband and I have stayed several times in Key Colony Beach and this was by far the most well appointed home. Has EVERYTHING! Great and spacious for 5 couples and the outside space including the dock were superb. Monica was fantastic and was available if we needed anything!! Will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing week enjoying Marathon! This house is everything that is shows it is! Beautiful and fully stocked! We all enjoyed the pool area and had plenty of space to dock the boat!the house was very clean with plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

This was a great place for a family vacation! Rooms for everyone and everyone has their own bathroom was a huge plus. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee early morning. The pool/patio was so much fun and let us make fun family memories. This was a great pick!

Paradise

This property could not have been more perfect for our week in paradise. The host obviously cares for their guests with thoughtful provisions throughout the house. We visit the Keys regularly and will definitely book this property every time.
