KCP #12 is a favorite of KCP renters. It is open and airy 2bedroom/2.5bath single level condo and is just steps to the ocean. Watch the boat traffic in the Vaca Cut or on the sandbar, or watch the sunset from the living room or 300 sqft balcony. The 1754 sqft unit has been completely remodeled with Tommy Bahama furniture and decor. Kitchen is well-stocked with high-end appliances and is open to the dining room and living room. The breakfast bar is a great place to WFH while using the high speed wireless internet.

KCP #12 is on the 1st floor of an elevated mid-rise building. Access is via the elevator or stairs. The unit is well-stocked with plenty of towels, bed linens, pots & pans, etc. Reserved parking for one vehicle in the covered garage.

KCP is always a wonderful place to be!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The furniture were a little worn and could use some attention. The property is amazing and well kept. KCP is a slice of Paradise which our family always enjoys!!!
