It was conveniently close to the airport when I had a 1am arrival. They checked me in quickly and the room was comfortable. It’s not the Ritz but it was clean and quiet and the breakfast was reasonableness prices the next morning. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly.

The room was clean and the front desk gentleman was efficient. We arrived later in the evening than we had hoped due to a funeral we attended that day. There were no toiletries in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc.) but we were too tired to go get any from the front desk and didn't want to call and wait for something to be brought up. My bed was not comfortable and I tossed and turned all night. We had an early flight and went down to get some breakfast only to find we had not be given our food voucher that my husband paid for. The gentleman gave my son and I bananas (for $3.00) and we left. Overall, not the best experience.

Convenience and proximity to the venue my family and I were attending.

Great service great price well worth the time looking forward to my next stay at holiday inn

3 nights in hotel on business. Perfect location and very comfortable hotel.

Wish we would have been told about the pool being out of service for a month but the hotel staff made it better and had us go swimming at another location

I travel quite a bit and I always choose Holiday Inn as my hotel. I have always had great experience except this time. When I arrived the employee at the desk just said "what's your name", there was no "hello or how are you today". Then in the morning the 2 gentleman that worked in the restaurant were even worse than the lady that checked me in. First, 90% of the tables were dirty so there was only a few places to sit that were clean and there was only one other guest in the entire restaurant. This was with 2 employees and they could not clean their restaurant. Then one of the employees says "what do you want to drink" not even a hello?????? I am not sure how they were trained but in the service industry "hello" is a common thing to say to make your guest feel welcomed. As I sat there the second employee was yelling at the register screaming the F word. Now that sums up my experience.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff on the other hand was very rude at the front desk. The staff in the restaurant were nice though :)

Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious. Wanted a spa/tub in room but hotel did not have. Nice pool but no tot tub there either.

It was wonderful! Alex at the front check in was so welcoming and wonderful sense of humor!

Great location for flying out of MCI, friendly staff and comfortable room.

The hotel more than met our expectations, the bar tender was excellent - stayed late for us to have some food made.

The location to the airport is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. My key card did not work a few times but that was fixed promptly. The room I was in could have used either some cleaning or painting of the walls. Breakfast left much to be desired. While there is a big enough selection the food does not taste good in the restaurant. The overall experience was fine but would have expected a little more for the price when comparing to other KC hotels and their prices.

Needed something close to the airport for a quick trip, and this was perfect. Clean room, comfortable bed, great staff, and more! Thank you!

Cheap enough for the stay I wanted. There wasn't a hot tub or a fridge in the room, but the size of the room and bathroom were comfortable.

Arrived late but check in was extremely efficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

Had a nice double queen room. The room was very clean and the colors are very soothing. The hallway could use a little paint. The bath products were nicer than most. The desk staff was top notch.

For a new holiday inn, I was disappointed by the amenities (or lack there of) offered. There was no whirlpool, the pool was tiny, the gym had just 4 pieces of exercise equipment, and there was no free breakfast. For the same price, it seems like the nearby holiday inn express provided more amenities and the better deal.
