Property was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The only complaint is not having an air conditioner for the second floor bedrooms made it quite hot and hard to sleep some nights

Don’t stay here!
The unit was fine. Nice little pool. It had a great kitchen and a nice layout. Loved having a washer/dryer. Everything was fine until the last day. I had opted to pay for late checkout so we could eat and leisurely get ready to leave. While doing the laundry and packing up the electricity went out. We called, a nice guy came and checked it out. Our unit was the only unit without electricity. We waited for about an hour and were told that our electricity would not be coming back on for a while. So we emptied our soaking wet laundry out of the washer, into a tub and carried it to another building in the large complex. We had to pay to finish washing and drying our clothes. We were planning fix lunch, but with no stove, we would have to eat out. We left a half hour after our extended check out time, having spent the entire extended time dealing with the laundry and lack of electricity, which never did come back on. I asked for a day’s refund as well as the $30 refund for late check-out. I didn’t request money for the laundromat, but should have since I only received $118 for our trouble and inconvenience. This experience definitely ruined our stay, and we will never come back.

Upon arrival, the e-lock did not work so we could not get in.
Internet did not work.
The upstairs tv does not work. Another reviewer indicated the same…6 months earlier.
When we booked, the ad said the condo has a dishwasher, which is not the case.
Did you notice on the ad that there are 2 chairs at the dining table? That’s right! 2 chairs while the condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Perfect for family diners…
There is no a/c on the 2nd floor. The 2 bedrooms were really warm (we were in Kona in June).
Look at the pictures, there is carpet on the 2nd floor as well as in the stairs. Beware, my son slipped and fell in the stairs (and sprained his ankle).
Vacasa was not helpful. Service: 0/10. We ended up asking for a partial reimbursement.
We do not recommend.
