Our condo is right across the street from the ocean, Banyans surf spot, and convenient BBQs perfect for a relaxing evening by the sea. Don’t miss out on one of the island’s best poke places, Poke Shack, just across the street, along with a taco trailer and other vendors on weekends.
This is the ideal spot for those looking to unwind on local beaches or explore the vibrant Kona area. With two transit systems running along Alii Drive, accessibility is a breeze even without a rental car. There are also automated bike rental spots along Ali'i Drive.
A short 5-minute drive south will take you to Keauhou Shopping Center, offering a grocery store, drug store, post office, restaurants, a movie theater, and a farmers market on Saturday mornings. Five minutes north on Ali'i Drive leads you to the oceanfront downtown Kona, filled with shopping, restaurants, historical sites, and luaus. Whether you’re here to relax or stay active, the island offers a plethora of water sports such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, and big game fishing. This was the perfect place for our time on the BI. Location is excellent. Free parking, clean, beach things provided (towels, small cooler), kitchen had all the things to prepare meals. Communication was excellent. Great coffee table books. The owner even left us some welcome flowers for our arrival. Right down the road from Magic Sands beach. The taco truck across the street has excellent fish tacos!! Would definitely stay again!

Loved this condo. Everything you need, well stocked, great location a few minutes from so many beautiful beaches or watch the sunset on the ocean right out front. Shopping, dining, and a great place to head out in all directions for sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Amazing setup, super convenient, everything you need, GREAT location!

We feel super lucky to have found this spot. The location is perfect especially if you're renting a car. Kitchen is extremely well-stocked, super clean, bathroom is clean and well set-up, everything is comfortable. The landlord is super nice and accommodating! Right across the road from Banyon's and near a small market. Can't recommend enough!

This condo was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed. Every morning we left to go on an adventure somewhere on the island. At night we appreciated the hot tub and pool - it was an easy walk across the street. The condo was clean and communication with the owner was excellent! The grounds of the condo facility are well taken care of.

Kona Condo

Even though this condo is listed in Holualoa, it is just minutes from Kona. We were in building 6, across Ali'i Drive away from the beach/ocean, but just steps (cross the street and through the parking lot) to the property's beach access. It can be a bit noisy as our unit was just off Ali'i Drive, but really quite once the evening was done. Felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed the stay. The studio was perfect for me and the hubby.

Nice hotel room alternative

I really liked this holualoa village rental. Isaac was very responsive. Everything was as expected. Great location across Ali'i from Da Poke Shack with the shoreline steps away. It's not a big unit but it met my needs very well. Ali'i drive is pretty loud from 5pm to 9pm. But it was nice and quiet after that. Highly recommended for 1-2 people as a hotel room alternative.

The property was clean and was somewhat central except that we needed to drive everywhere for restaurants with the exception of the one across the street. The location of the property was quiet and there's lots of parking available. The property's a/c didn't work well. If you are considering this property, bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced in a rental. Would recommend this place.

Was as depicted, and host was very communicative & accommodating! Comfortable bed and you have all the amenities needed, including washer/dryer~! As the area is remote, one needs to go way outside for semi-affordable shopping, but can easily stock up and & eat in. Bus stop is near by, and a good midway point between restaurants/shopping & fun beaches to explore. Lovely pool access too! Everyone around was friendly and helpful. The cable went out 2nd day, but was probably for the better, so we weren't tempted to stay in and laze, haha! (We didn't call host to fix since we weren't in much, just to change, eat and sleep.)

Excellent Vacation Stay

The unit was everything as advertised! Clean, conveniently located, and well stocked with many extras! The cooler and beach towels came in very handy! We had an issue with the door leading to the lanai sticking and Isaac was quick to get back to me with a solution. A great place to stay. I will definitely recommend this unit to friends and relatives when they plan their trips to the Big Island. Thank you Isaac for making us feel at home!
