"They gave me a winged room next to a machine room. I heard noise ALL night. Impossible to sleep well. The staff in general very bad attitude, it seemed that they were doing me a favor by serving me as a guest. It was really annoying to try to pay for the parking because I tried to call and asked to talk to someone in Spanish and a girl started laughing and no one helped me to be able to pay for the parking. In the pool area there is only ONE men's bathroom and ONE women's bathroom. SERIOUSLY? The staff really lacks empathy in the Hotel. I'm very disappointed. In addition, I did not have my free drinks that include me for my stay. It's not about having something for free, it's about making the guest feel special with those details. "
