Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Small hotel with walking distance to concert hall. Stayed for one night. Kettle was in the room but you need to bring your own tea and coffee, had 2 cups and one tea spoon.

Not a 4 stars hotel - at all.
Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it).
