The Woman at the reception late night was unfriendly and uncooperative We Felt really unwelcome after a day long travel ... They should get better training and support ...

Clean towels were outside on the ground, carts for room supplies were old grocery shopping carts, microwave was chipping inside, bathroom air vent was loud, tub was stained with scum. Overall a nightmare. I was in town for my nephews funeral, what an inconvenience to repack and find a different place to stay.

The room was just what we needed. A comfy king size bed with a clean bathroom. We were in the city all day and just needed a room to rest in at night. Continental breakfast was good. The only thing that we didnt like was the shuttle thats offered. Its $15 round trip to the city per person but the last shuttle back is at 10:30 p.m. For us it seemed to be too early. The shuttle's were so hot inside.

Big hill to room will be hard to drive in the winter.

Nice for being the cheapest around but could be a little cleaner

The staff was courteous, friendly and sociable. I like their attitude towards the guests.

This hotel has everything. Great location, access to public transportation, you can get to NY city easily, the breakfast is good and the hotel rooms are clean and upgraded. The staff Is awesome!!

The Breakfast was very poor no eggs or bacon only bagel cereal to me that’s not free breakfast I can’t eat bagel 😡😡😡

Good price. Room clean. Nice furniture witb plenty storage. Stayed in lower motel building so did not see hotel up on hill. Did see people walking luggage down steep hill. Initially gave us room on very busy street side but were able to switch us to quieter & we felt safer back side. Breakfast only fair with bagels, toast, pastry, waffles, cereal, coffee, tea & juice. Shuttle to NYC right at door but we found less cost at Park & Ride about mile away.

Went for our honey moon trip to New York, hotel was not like in the picture online but it turned out to be ok for our budget. It was a little tricky to get there by public transportation but it worked out. The shuttle bus employees where a bit rude to others, over all it was an ok experience at the hotel. But New York exceeded my expectations!

Hotel is convenient to an excellent steak house in easy walking distance. There is a shuttle into NYC at a reasonable price but shuttle service times are very "flexible" because of heavy traffic. There is also public transportation in near by walking distance.

The hotel is in the hill area, little bit difficult for going up by car, it's looks like 90 degrees up road, the one should be cautious while driving in the hotel hill area.

We pulled into the parking lot tentatively. Walked to our room and immediately was repulsed by the look of the room. We could not stay there. It should not be on your website. The staff agreed to refund my money. Very poor conditions
