This property is so cute and charming! Great for snuggling up and feeling right at home with its lovely decor and amenities. Located in a quiet duplex community, very friendly neighbors, easy access to downtown, local grocery, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to Jax beaches.

The master bedroom has a queen bed which sleeps two, and the second bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps two. A dedicated work space is located in the second bedroom, great for those who work remotely and need a quiet space to work and focus.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a perfect setting for late night chat, relaxation, and early morning coffee. Enjoy the presence of the charming fireplace.

Doggie Dream House

Forget for a minute that the floors are tiled and the place is absolutely adorable. Forget for a minute that there's a dedicated desk in one of the bedrooms where I could do work and two bedrooms to accommodate all of us. Having our 13-year-old dog with us meant more to me than the VRBO owner will ever know. The fenced in backyard, the doggie bags. Everything was perfect. I'm going to have to find reasons to go back to Jacksonville and bring my dog. I loved the quiet hours starting at 8, and the location was close to everything. Jacksonville steal for the price!!!!So happy with the doggie dream house!
