Seaside Retreat is a beautifully updated first floor condo in the sought after Amelia by the Sea complex. Steps from the pool and the beach, this property has all you need to enjoy a few days or a month. The master bedroom has oceanfront views, and there is access to your private patio. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the closet area of the master. The guest room has two full size beds with a full bathroom in the hall next to it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy the beautiful space. There is even a bar set up to have your nightly cocktail while listening to the ocean as you sit on your private oceanfront patio. There is a comfortable living and dining area with seating for all. The living room looks out to the private balcony and to the dazzling views.
The condo comes with cable and wi-fi throughout. The living room has a big screen TV, and both bedrooms have a TV. Come spend a few days or a few months during the winter.
You are located in a prime position. Steps from the pool, steps from the sand. No elevators or stairs needed. Every activity is right outside your door. The patio is comfortably furnished so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views, watch the kids at the pool, or simply sit and relax. There are tennis courts, outdoor grills, an glistening blue pool, and a private 780 ft fishing pier. The pier is private to our guest and owners with no permit needed while you stay. Come to Seaside Paradise and make memories!

Amazing condo!!

This condo was amazing! We had all of the essentials and more. The condo was clean and the decor was lovely. We appreciated all of the extra, thoughtful touches...from the treasure chest of sand toys to the beach "equipment". We had our two granddaughters with us and they had so much fun making great use of them. The kitchen was so well stocked and we loved the addition of the coffee/tea station. The location is fantastic...right by the pool and at the beach. The real estate manager, Kristi, was fantastic. So responsive and answered any questions that we had throughout the process. Her welcome gift of snacks and treats was so thoughtful and well appreciated. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience on Amelia Island!

Week away from the cold.

It is a nice apartment. Everything we needed was there, which included a wonderful ocean view. We could walk right out the back door to the pool and the water. We had one issue at the condo, which was no one’s fault, so I contacted the owners and they fixed it immediately. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Property is clean and very nicely appointed, nice beach chairs and beach towels and toys, etc. The unit is RIGHT by the pool entrance so great for kids going back and forth to the pool and the beach. The back bedroom can be noisy at night and early morning because it is on the first floor and near the elevator, but that’s a trade off for the easy beach and pool access.

We enjoyed staying at Amelia By the Sea in this unit. On the ground floor, it was easy to load our bags, groceries, fishing and beach gear. This unit had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrella, tennis racquets, beach buckets/toys, plenty of pool/beach towels, throw blankets, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, bake-wear and anything else we needed. The sectional sofa was very comfortable and slept two of our guests. The property owners/managers were great. WE would definitely stay here again.

This place is so convenient being on the 1st floor. It is super easy to get to the pool and the beach. Also easy access to parking lot. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. There was everything we needed as far as pots, pans, cutting board, etc. in the kitchen. The owners also provide beach chairs and towels. We had more family in other condo units so our vacation was indeed a vacation and time to reconnect with those we love.

Definitely a “Seaside Paradise”

This was probably the best place I have ever stayed, and I’ve been vacationing in Fernandina Beach for decades! The condo was decorated so beautifully, but more than that, it was stocked with everything you could ever need! The owners thought of every detail…even scotch tape!! We loved the location because you take a few steps, and you are at the pool. Short walk to the beach, AND a ramp down to the beach instead of steps. My husband loved fishing off the pier, while my daughter and I loved walking out on it and watching sunsets. The other fabulous thing was the Surf Restaurant right across the street! I cooked dinner only 1 night because we ate dinner and some lunches the rest of the week at the restaurant. Now that was truly a vacation for the “cook”! Marty was a great manager, and Jean and Rick are the “Bestest” owners—plus they leave GREAT goody bags to start off a wonderful week! We will definitely return! The Dells

Weekend get away

We had an awesome time at this newly renovated condo! Everything was as expected from the description plus some! This was a very convenient location for pool, beach, and pier. Also a very safe environment including gated entrance and passcodes for all areas. We had a few problems with fridge and plumbing but was fixed within minutes from notifying the property manager and owner. Overall great experience with our family! Definitely will stay here again!
