Great place!

This property is beautiful! We had a family Christmas gathering and the house was beautifully decorated when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for all our meals. We would do this again!

Everything and More

The photo's of this property did not do the place justice. We stayed at this property in late fall where the colors surrounding the property were amazing. Plenty of space / easy check-in/check-out process... I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If you're contemplating this property or another, I couldn't recommend this property enough.

Beautiful property

Had a great time with our extended family for a weekend getaway. Property was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. Had an issue with the hot tub but management took care of that quickly. Some items of note. There was a fruit fly issue in the home, ping pong paddles needed to be replaced and all the balls were cracked. Also check out time was early at 10am and the landscaping company came at 9:30 blocking the exit. Little items but for the price paid should have been noticed. Overall excellent property and communication and would rent again.

Summer family getaway with kids and pooch

By far the nicest VRBO property I have ever booked, and I've done many of these for corporate retreats/meetings. Right on Green Lake next to the Betsie River inlet (great fishing spot), less than 30 MIN from Traverse, high-end furnishings throughout, awesome hot tub, free kayaks, comfy beds, beautiful walk-in showers (even one for the dog). Already discussing with the family about coming back next year.

Excellent Trip

We are a family owned business from Ohio and each year we take a company trip. This years location choice was Amazing! Katy, the owner was excellent with communicating all the details we needed before our trip and during our stay she was so quick to respond to our questions. There were 16 adults in our group and there was more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was spotless when we arrived. The greatest feature in our opinion is the outdoor space with direct access to the water! There were a variety of on-site water toys for our group to use. The only critique we have is the pull out sofa in the master bedroom was uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress’s on the beds though were great! Having a washer and dryer on both the first and second floors, was a great bonus!!! We definitely recommend this property and look forward to booking again! Thank you Katy!

We had an excellent experience. The view is beautiful. Lots of special amenities on this property, like heated floors in the master bath. I would recommend bringing some bug zappers of some kind if you plan on spending time outside. Like any lake house, there are mosquitos and fish flies.

Beautiful property. Entrance to property is a bit tricky, but we managed to figure it out. Identified some maintenance issues and communicated those to the management who was super responsive. Would lease this again in a heartbeat if we ever need to do so.

Ski Trip to Crystal

Had a wonderful time at this home with 2 families - 4 adults and 4 teenagers in total. Plenty of space to spread out and easy access to everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This home was extremely clean and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable and we never had a need to run to the store to pick up miscellaneous items that were lacking. Communication w/ property managed (Katy) proved to be a bit of a challenge. I'll reserve being too critical as booking and inbox messages were mostly sent between the Christmas and New Year Holidays. You may need to be proactive in reaching out if you have questions or issues. Overall a great place and someplace we'd certainly love to visit again in the future.

Absolute Gem !! Beautiful home !

Really great house in a beautiful setting!! This house is perfectly appointed for larger groups with plenty of living space and set right next to the lake with easy access. Pics are very true to size and the space is very homey and welcoming ! I would recommend for a family getaway or group gathering. Place was clean, secluded and well managed. I love the way they have it decorated and there is beyond what is needed for kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, etc. kids loved to go Kayak which is available to use by the owner. This is one of the most beautiful home I ever stayed at and I highly recommend it!
