Good hotel, but disappointing breakfast
"My family enjoyed the hotel and our room, but the one day we were there (just passing through), the breakfast was sub-par. The biscuits weren't cooked all the way through, the eggs and sausage didn’t taste as good as we've had in the past at other locations of Holiday Inn Express, and we came down to breakfast 40 minutes before closing, most of the popular items were gone (like the Cinnabon rolls), but no one came to refill those items. Some unlucky families came down a little after us and there was nothing left but dry cereal. Most families on vacation can't make it down before 9 am, and if you advertise breakfast from a certain time window, you should at least replenish the items until 15 minutes before closing."
