Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

Comfortable two bedroom condo within two miles of the track. The home has been meticulously cleaned and will be rented with brand new bedding. Contents of the pantry and refrigerator will be at your disposal. Two parking spots. One of which is in the garage. 75” smart tv in the living room as well as; Xbox, Nintendo switch, guitars, stereo, desktop pc, Wi-Fi internet, charging nearly any device. Ice cold central air. On site washer and dryer.
Master bedroom has a purple brand California king and 65” smart tv. Second bedroom has king sized water bed.
This is my home that I will be renting for the race. Can be made kid friendly if necessary. I am local to the area and would be happy to help your experience if possible.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
