The principal bedroom features a quiet sitting area, a TV and private access to the pool and spa. The other two bedrooms are spacious and bright. One bedroom has a private courtyard to sit and drink your morning coffee in peace the other is situated on the other wing of the house from the other two bedrooms and also has a TV. All beds have ultra soft sheets and cozy comforters.

The large, bright bathrooms are all equipped with towels, toiletries and hairdryers. All showers have rainheads and shower wands for your comfort. The laundry room is equipped with full size LG washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer.

-Noise ordinance of 10pm-7am. This is mandated by the HOA and is a city by law.
-Pool Fee- there will be a $70/day extra charge ( will show up as host fee and not included in the listing price) to heat the pool/spa and a $45/ per day for spa only. The Maximum temperature to heat the pool is 86 degrees.
- Post stay housekeeping is 4 hours. Any additional hours required will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90/ hr. Arrangements can be made for guests who wish mid stay cleaning.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of your drivers license at check in.
- No garage access for vehicle parking. Guests must park in the driveway in the evening ( this is a community rule) and guests can park on the street WITH a gate access pass.
- Property Manager will personally meet guests upon arrival, go over the property handbook, have the agreement signed and show guests how to work everything.
