One of the stand out beach resorts in Ibiza and certainly the best in Santa Eulalia. It's not cheap but it's a luxury experience that is defined by the staff who are all super friendly and easy on the eye! The resort has a relaxed vibe and amazing art and spots for that killer instgram shot. With three pools and an amazing roof top this resort has it all. The rooms are modern and light, the pillow fragrance is relaxing and other worldly...the breakfast is excellent and you can have Prosecco too the rest of food is good ...something keeps bring me back here year after year and still not tired of the place after my third visit.
Rooms clean and stylish although very compact for five star. Breakfasts fabulous, with a great choice of really good quality, fresh food including tropical fruit, meats, hot options, fresh juices and Veuve Cliquot plus decent coffee. The pools are lovely, with the main pool on the seafront the star, although the rooftop terrace is simply stunning. The staff were variable but mostly really kind and helpful. Free parking just up the road which was useful. Free UK newspapers. Restaurant good but very nouveau and expensive. Careful of drinks which are very expensive, especially 'premium water' at E8 although good bottled water is provided in the room, along with a Nespresso maker with some pods for coffee. Website also not clear that the hotel is not in Santa Eulalia but in S'Armagassa, just up the coast about ten minutes by road. You would struggle without a car unless you wanted just to stay at the hotel and treat it as a resort, which is quite possible. An issue for us though was that of all the pools, only one (round the back on the road) is designated for children, and this was not flagged to us when we booked although it is in the small print of the hotel's website. In practice, the pools were little used, with the other guests mostly sunbathing and taking selfies. Clientelle really interesting - many middle aged men staying with their nieces. Purple Bentley and Orange Lamborghini in the drive. Quite an eye-opener! Nikki Beach, a daytime beach club is next door; the beach is small but very pleasant and surprisingly quiet, with some snorkelling. Good watersports rental nearby. Some restaurants within walking distance.
My wife and I visited Ibiza last month with friends. I chose ME because of the reviews and my agent's recommendation. All was perfect from checking in till checking out: upgrade, excellent food by the pool, breakfast, shisha by the pool, valet parking, etc... The pool is very nice with a nice ambiance (even though some larger beds have to be reserved and paid for). Same applies to the roof top pool. However, the only negative point is that ME is far from the center! I did not research location well so we ended up driving 30 minutes at least whenever we needed to go somewhere! A car is a must.
Rooms are beautiful and the views are amazing at this seaside hotel. We were a bit concerned being next to Nikki Beach but it was a perfect blend of fun and also peace and quiet. Hotel was a good size. Not too big and not too small. Rooftop dinner and cocktails a must. Only conplaints would be rooms are small (no closet so you hang your clothes in between room and bathroom). And you could not eat at noon which seemed odd as kitchen closes at 11:30 and does not reopen until 12:30.
We arrived and checked in. Before we even saw the room we got offered to upgrade the room (who does that?!?) then they used our credit card to charge us for extras and told us they made a mistake and charged us again without even telling us. We spoke to the manager who was very nice and tried to ease our stay. Also Bianca was extremely nice and tried to make us forget this God awful checkin We celebrated our anniversary so a bottle of Cava was waiting for us in the room. The room is nice but not a five star room. The breakfast misses fresh vegetables but the kitchen was super nice and gave us special fresh vegetables especially for us. They put out the dairy products outside in 30c degrees which is kinda not healthy. Becareful when you order a bottle of water as they always bring you the expensive 9 euro per bottle and not the normal ones which are much cheaper. Overhaul everyone is super nice and assisted us in anything we need. It was a good experience but I think next time when we will come back to Ibiza we will try a different hotel as this hotel is far from almost everything and the beach area is not as nice as the other beaches on the island. It's kinda not as you see in the pictures of the hotel and far from it.
This hotel is a gem of a find we had a garden suite here for 2 nights end of July. From check in to check out we had a lovely stay. The pool staff was very helpful and attentive to every guest, very relaxing place to come we will be back next year thank you .
The day before, we also had diner at ME, it was fine, even if our friends did not advised this place because of the food. Today, we went back There with one guest in order to show him the rooftop. Once we get there, nobody took care of us... we waited more than one hour our champagne bottle. We also waited 1h30 for the fishes. It was cold, frozen (not fresh fish) and my pork was served without side food and was also discusting... We told all this to the manager and The waiters told us they Will make a price... they did not! (We even paid the bread...) To sum up, the food was horrible, it was WAY TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE, and the service was terrible...
What an amazing place!! I spend my birthday with my family on Bali beds near the pool and I got spoiled by the very friendly and service focused staff. Special thanks to Clara, our waitress who made my birthday an unforgettable day
I visited this hotel with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean and modern and the pool area was lovely with great views of the ocean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range to choose from and glasses of Moët to sip on. The food and drink for lunch and dinner is slightly overpriced and there is a minimum spend for larger sun beds on the upper deck which I was surprised at as I was staying in the hotel. Apart from that I had a great stay at the ME and would certainly go back.
I stayed at the hotel end of June with my husband and my young son, great spot, beautiful view/pool; all this reinforced by a fantastic service provided by the italian staff Piero, ask for him when you arrive there, he will certainly highlight your holiday with a super professional and detailed service. Well done Piero, keep up the great job, you are making the difference!
