From the moment you enter the welcoming driveway to the moment you reach the front door, you'll be embraced by the tranquil ambiance of this haven. The villa seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces, with the garden surrounding the property, providing easy access to both the front door and the expansive poolside area. Ample parking space on the generously sized grounds, secured by fencing, also ensures convenience and peace of mind.
The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar leading into a sociable dining area, complemented by a cozy living room exuding charm and character. Venture down the hallway, you will discover two bedrooms; one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
Upstairs, you will discover the impressive master bedroom with its spacious walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bathtub and private access to the first-floor terrace for breathtaking poolside views.
