It is close to COOKs Museum, near 6th ave, walking distance to downtown and Delano Park, easy access to HWY 31 and I-565. You just can't beat the price and the VALUE.

We didn't stay there. The property was disgusting.

We couldn't stay there. The neighborhood was not safe. There was trash inside and out. There was a bad moldy smell inside. Cockroaches, spiders and dirty spider webs inside. Black mold in the upstairs bathroom. Dirty rugs in the upstaybathroom. Caution tape around a tree out front. Tree branches down all over, including on the roof. The host got mad at me when I called him to tell him about all the issues we found.
