The property was good. It is a small simple place, but exactly what I needed.My biggest concern was that the place was advertised as a 1 bedroom but it is actually a studio.I wasn't bothered by any noise from the Wendy's, but the upstairs neighbor did have some heavy feet a few times - not enough to ruin my enjoyment, just enough to bother me a few times.

4 Night Stay for USATF Meets

Ryan was very helpful and attentive from booking to checking in on us during the stay. The apartment was clean for the most part. Some people have higher standards than others so I’ll just explain a bit..there was trash outside when we walked in. We had a strange man confront us upon pulling into the apartment complex. There was a gate, but we never once seen the gate lock and we left and arrived back at all different times of day. There was broken glass in the parking lot that we had to avoid the entire stay. We normally walk a lot and this was not the area I would walk in so I didn’t get my normal steps in that I prefer. The apartment itself was decent. The floor needed a lot of TLC. I am unsure if it had been swept/ vacuumed in several stays. The patio door was unlocked when we got there, which was odd. The apartment smelled like smoke upon arrival and randomly throughout stay. I assume from the upstairs neighbors and it coming through the vents. Speaking of the upstairs neighbors, they were very loud. You could hear every step they took at all hours of the day/ night. We were woke up several times in the early mornings to creaking and thumps from upstairs. I am unsure what they were doing. All in all this was an ok stay. If I’m in the area again, I will look for another neighborhood that seems safer.

Perfect for Our Needs

We were in the process of moving to Alabama and needed somewhere inexpensive to stay while we were here closing on our house. This studio apartment fit our needs well, as there were just two of us. For the most part, the apartment was clean. The floor could’ve used some mopping and vacuuming, but it wasn’t bad. Something to note is that the patio doors open up to the back of a Dairy Queen. If you are early to bed, you may be annoyed by the speaker when people are ordering. Obviously, you don’t hear it once the store is closed, and when we did hear it, it wasn’t terribly loud. Overall, it was the perfect spot for us to rest our heads for a few nights.

Great communication with the owner. Everything cleaned and smelled great upon arrival. gated community, perfect for 2. Close enough to downtown without the high price tag! Highly recommended staying here. Will stay again if in the area!
