Do not stay here, cockroach infested
We showed up at about 1230 1 o’clock in the morning. My husband made the reservations on our way down and did not read the reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until the next day. We arrived went in dropped our stuff inside I went to the bathroom saw something crawl in the bathroom. Wasn’t sure what it was but just kind of ignored it It went into the kitchen turned on the lights and two cockroaches went running one down the sink and one behind a picture in the corner, I screamed freaked out, honey. Get our stuff out of here. There’s cockroaches called the owner she pretended like who is this? What are you talking about? I said we just checked into your facility and there’s cockroaches. She hung up on me. I called Verbo the next day after getting a hotel room at one in the morning , spending more money not knowing if I was going to get my money back on this roach infested facility.they did a three-way call with the owner or/property manager and she’s like you didn’t even come to me with the problem. I said I called you last night she said I had no clue who you were. You called me at 12 o’clock in the morning screaming and I said screaming at you about the cockroaches and you hung up on me. You said that you didn’t know who called you at 12 at night u played stupid. I ended up having to pay for her for 1 night which I did not spend in facility at the end we lost about $400 which is ridiculous. She knows that she’s renting out a cockroach infested place.
