The pristine nature of Bighorn Sheep Canyon is a short drive away, and the vibrant city of Salida is within easy reach - enjoy art galleries, festivals, shopping, live music, nightlife, and excellent dining while you’re there. Only 40 min to Monarch Ski resort and 40 min to Mt Princeton hot springs.

After fun-filled days exploring the area, continue the festivities outdoors. A gorgeous yard includes a covered viewing deck on the river and a gas firepit for cozy conversations under the stars.

Inside the main house, stylish decor and ample natural light create a warm and welcoming vibe. A thoughtful two-story design has the living areas on the bottom floor and the well-appointed bedrooms upstairs.

Unwind and stream a movie, or break out the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun. Find everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the sleek modern kitchen, which features granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Plus, a pellet grill is provided for cookouts.

In the cabin, a rustic-chic studio layout offers plenty of room to spread out and unwind - relax in the sitting area and stream your favorite TV shows.

The convenient kitchenette features a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, sink, convection oven, and a portable electric induction stove. Dining space abounds between granite countertop seating and a large table.

Added perks include complimentary WiFi and a stackable washer/dryer in the main house.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
