Pros: close to all activities we wanted to do, host responds quickly when messaged, very quiet at night, host had games such as monopoly and cards thereCons: Biggest con was bugs. Had problems with mosquitoes, flies, and gnats and also had to kill some roaches our 3rd day there. Common areas would be nice and cold in the house but air didn’t seem to blow out much in the rooms, had to leave room doors cracked open to get cool air from the outside. We could tell that the floors had been mopped when we first walked in because we smelled the cleaner, but ours and kids feet would still have black residue on them after initially walking barefoot so we wore socks all afterwards
