Convenient location. Good value. No housekeeping service. Room not stocked with basic supplies (5 or 6 squares of toilet paper on roll with no extra), like coffee, shampoo, and cups.

The front desk staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. We requested plates, bowls, cups and they were brought to our room within 45 mins. Our 2 night stay was OK.

After 9 plus hours driving with wife and 2 kids (4 and 8 yearsd old) we mamage to arrive at the hotel we booked from Orbits to discover that the hotel did not have our booking in the list and no room available, One might suspects that the problem was originating from Orbits if it was not for the fact that another couple just in front of us had exactly the same problem and they booked through Expedia. Never ever again i will bother to book at extended stay. No help from the desk clerck at all ..nothing

My friend and I booked this hotel month's in advanced before we arrived at the hotel. We also called the night before to verify with them that our room was booked. When we called, they couldn't find us and went back and forth was us, but insisted it be fine because they had plenty of rooms. We get there and the gentleman at the front desk gave us just as much trouble and we informed him that we called ahead to deal with this. After an hour, we were able to get a room for the night.. but still had to deal with this in the morning because he only wanted to book us for one night when we needed two. In the morning, it was a bigger mess. Took us two hours to fix and multiple attempts for them to get our hotel keys to work. We won't be staying here again.

Only 2/4 of the lights in the room worked, no outlet near bedside table. Their minimal breakfast (instant oatmeal packets, packaged muffins and granola bars) was out of muffins 2/4 mornings reasonably clean, and having a decent size fridge and microwave was helpful, but I'll choose a different hotel next time I'm in the area

Room was small and dingy. Lots of road noise from outside - small hotel not set back far enough from freeway. Difficult to access hotel from adjacent freeway exits.

How does a hotel run with no clean towels available for their guest?

The room I was put in initially was not cleaned after a prior guest. There were no towels, no bed comforter and the mini stove in the kitchen area had been torn apart. The young girl at the desk did her best to move me to another room after I insisted she come and see the status of the room she provided. The next day I was greeted in the hallway my undercover officers "doing some work". When I approached the desk and voiced my concern I was told I should feel safer with them in the building?! I insisted on a refund for the last night of my stay and moved to a different hotel.

Reasonable price for a good location hotel with a kitchen.

Upon first entering the hotel, I noticed the elevator was broke and the lobby was in need of vacuuming. Later that night, when visiting the vending machines, I noticed vomit on the floor and no employees around to notify. Though the elevator was fixed shortly later and the room was equipped with with a full kitchen, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky and staff was scarce. All in all it was not a bad experience.

Booked two NON-SMOKING QUEEN ROOMS, were sent to 2 SMOKING DOUBLE ROOMS. People roaming the parking lot (non-guests) were also roaming the lobby and they appeared to be homeless. Asked to be moved to non smoking and was told "thats all we have". Went to another hotel and asked for a refund - hotel denied the refund request. I wouldn't take my child here and would never return on my own.

I loved the central location of this place. Plus there was a Whole Foods Market 1/2 a mile away on Kirby Rd! I like to be near healthy food places so I was very happy. My room was very comfortable and clean. Even being near the freeway, I heard nothing. I enjoyed a peaceful sleep every night- I stayed 4 nights. The staff was really helpful and professional. The morning coffee was good too. I would definitely stay again!

Located close to son's home. Easy to locate when arriving via US 59. Hotel is nice, but beds are too hard.

The room had a very "Musty" oder. There was hair in the sink in the bathroom and the sheets had not been changed on the beds. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet from leaking condisation.The front desk person did appoligize for the inconvenance but there was no one from housekeeping to correct the problem. My wife changed the sheets on the beds and i purchased some disenfectant to spray the room. The hotel was in a good location, but was not easy accesible do to it being so close to the exit ramp of US-59 it was a one way road in which u had to go make a complete cirkle to come back to it. I took my daughter to visit collage's in the area. the traffic was very heavey and thdriver's was very rude.

To be clear and fair - the staff was extremely nice and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I booked the room for the sole purpose that they advertised having a fitness room. They do not. They have a deal with a gym around the corner they you can use their facility. I don't have time to figure out where the off-site gym is and then, go through the steps of gaining access to their facility. I just want to run on a treadmill after a 14 hour day.

friendly staff

The front desk staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. We requested plates, bowls, cups and they were brought to our room within 45 mins. Our 2 night stay was OK.
