The hotel was mediocre at best. Check in was painless. The room was clean but very worn, and didn't include any plates, silverware, or even a coffee maker unless you asked at the front desk and carried it up yourself. The included "breakfast" was coffee and a protein bar, nothing else.

Dank. All the carpets ripped up in the lobby area.

This hotel sucks. No breakfast but simple muffins. No carpet and the doors all scratched up. Don't say here ever

They are good for what you are paying on that area. however, be prepared to receive a standard cleanness

Front desk clerk was very incompetent... She gave me the wrong room and I didnt even realize until I needed a another key and she asked me my room number... I gave it to her and she kept telling me I was wrong ... When I got to the room she tried to tell me was my room I noticed its the room I had initially ordered on the website and the room I was staying she had given to me by mistake... I had her come down to show her her mistake... She continued to argue with me and attempted to tell me it was my fault even though she handed me the keys to the wrong room... She never apologized and began to behave in a very immature manner.

Decent hotel and close to downtown Houston in the Galleria area.

I like Extended Stay because I can put things in the fridge and maybe warm up something in the stove. The complementary breakfast and coffee is a plus--because all I really need is some oatmeal anyway.

Check in was fine and our room was clean. The only issue was that we didn't have hot water.

Wanted simple clean room so this hotel was a good choice

Shouldn't have to ask for new towels or room cleaning was told I didn't have that because I wasn't staying longer than a week. Room still had smokeysmell.

Really old and smelled like drugs in there. Breakfast is gronala bars and coffee. The rooms and mattress were dirty. Especially the sofa mattress. If your only staying to sleep and your not going to be in the hotel for anything else this is the hotel for you.

Very clean, great location. Friendly and professional staff.

Becuse it was an extended stay, hotel patrons thought nothing of banging door and walking up and down the corridors with music blaring, also I asked for the shower to be turned up a little as the water was luke warm, the answer, oh the previous person probably didn't want it hot, so for 4 nights, I had lukewarm showers, so I checked out early

It was near to the mall and a lots of stores you can walk and also it is a nice neighborhood

The pakistanian man was very rude and disrespectful he should not be working there around people and I don't no what's with there religion but they definently should wear deodorant

The lady at the entrance was very nice, she also gave me directions because I didnt know the area and she was super friendly

There were a lot of negatives to staying here: 1. no hot water in the shower 2. very outdated kitchenette greets you when you walk in 3. closet was just an ugly brown curtain with no hangers 4. hair dryer was pathetic 5. no gym facilities

The room was good for what I paid and the front desk person was very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

rude incompetent front desk clerk
