Conveniently located and great pricing. The room was more spacious than I expected as well.

The staff was very unprofessional when I called to report a noisy guest next to our room. I was told by am employee “what do you expect us to do” I told them move me to another room and they also refused stating that since I was only there one night that it would be a waste of time since I was leaving the following morning

There was no housekeeping and the residents were v loud while no one from the hotel staff paid attention to that !

There was a very distinct smell in the room, and the AC was difficult to control temperature (either too hot or two cold).

Someone was sleeping in the hallway on the 3rd floor and laying on their backpack. Small ants were on the bar in the kitchen area. The bathroom door would not close. People in the room next to me got into a fight in the middle of the night.

Overall poor property. False advertisement on the breakfast-there was none. Furthermore, thin comforters that are like sheets.

The room was infested with roaches. The front desk said they were sorry but it didn't seem to faze them. I switched rooms and my second night was fine.

It is most unfortunate that this hotel group, not just this hotel location, sell their rooms with breakfast then supply no breakfast at all. In the morning, I discovered their idea of breakfast was a 1oz granola bar and a cup of coffee, tea, or chocolate. On four mornings out of my seven days stay, there was no granola bar. There was a provision in a rack for small packets of Oats but by 8.30 am there was none. The fast internet which they advertise as free is not free at all. They provide slow internet free, and if you want the internet to do more than send an email, they require you to buy it. The toilet seat was dirty, and the kitchen waste bin under the sink contained food debris from the previous guest. Dogs in surrounding rooms barked frequently, and a renovation of the corridors with stinking paint was taking place during the whole of my stay. A complete renovation of a room three doors from me had me listening to hammering, sawing, and drilling all day and a halfway through the night. I asked the manager t help me by calling lost and found at Houston airport. He left me sitting in the lobby for three and a half hours and did nothing. When I asked him again, he sarcastically asked me if I would like him to give me a credit card, someone stole my wallet. He knew my card was stolen but left me in the hotel with no breakfast, no food, and no drinking water for two and a half days. Price was fair. Fridge was very noisy, at least the one in my room.

My room was very dirty there was Feces on the floor bathroom the blankets were dirty and the closet curtain was falling off rack in closet broken and the room smelled horrible

The landscaping for the property nice. And the staff and people are nice..

I didn’t like that all the doors were not functioning. It was difficult to get to get my room from parking area.
