Worst...experience...ever

Worst...experience...ever. Service is non existence. We were arriving with a large family with 2 elderly, 2 kids under 3, 2 pre-teens and 2 adults at 10pm for a 1 night stay. Shame on hotels.com to continue allowing this hotel rent through them.

There was a lot of space and good kitchen. Power in upstairs washroom went out on second day and property manager was slow to reply and did not fix the problem. Two of three beds were below standard (creaky/no support). Area is up and coming and not suitable for walking around but convenient for attractions.

Not as Advertised, Bad Neighborhood

2107 Stuart St Houston, TX No twin beds in unit-found in garage. We had to place them in main living area. Unit was advertised as “Brand New” which clearly from the filthy on the walls & stains on carpet was not the case. No hot water upon arrival. With no on-site Mgmt had to search out & try to figure out what problem was on our own. Downstairs bathroom, light fixture hanging & light bulb not working. So no light in toilet room/shower. As well as issue with the water turn on value not being on and not properly attached to the wall. Toilet not flushing. Master bed mattress was so sloped that you had to sleep backwards with your head at the foot of the bed in order to be comfortable. TV in downstairs bedroom just sitting on the floor. Not hooked up to cable. No cable cord available. Only working TV with cable was in living area. Broken bar stool in pantry upon arrival. All though there were new ones in the garage. A/C Regulated to not go any lower than 70 degrees. No ceiling fans in bedrooms. Garage used as a storage area and had to go out there to find some of the kitchen stuff, extra towels to wash. Closet off of garage full of dirty bed sheets. It appears that the cleaning service does not have very high standards. I had to grab light bulbs out of spare lamps in garage for master vanity. There was only 1 working bulb out 6! Only refund I got was my security deposit that I had paid. Cleanliness lacking. Several extra fees.
