I had trouble checking in with my little dog. I checked in a room then told I had to move because it wasn’t a room for pets. Then they moved me upstairs. We had to carry our dog down and up the stairs every time he had to potty. Which was multiple times. Everyone was polite but honestly I was annoyed moving and moving again.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. The furniture and room was old, dirty, gross . All the lamp bases were rusty. Sofa was stained, fire detector was ripped from the ceiling with wires hanging. Mirror gone from bathroom door and whatever was holding it in there remained on the door. Headboard pealing off and missing in some places. Shame anyone is paying to stay here
