House was clean and comfortable, but could use some updates. TV in living area was terrible, ants in both bath rooms, outside trash container had not been emptied in weeks. After driving 7 hours was denied key because we were one hour early, (“rules are rules”) even though house was ready. WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!

We were comfortable in this house, it had everything we needed. My only negative feedback: the house needs a good deep cleaning and some basic maintenance. For example, there was mildew in the shower/tub (it needs to be re-caulked) and a few lightbulbs were out.
