It was a very nice time, all went well....Condo was great just would of been better if it had twin beds in the 3rd bedroomAlso and a queen in the second bedroom/ Also I did call in to you that there was only 1 pool pass...so please don't think that we lost one... this was our 5th time using you for Horseshoe Bay.

Horseshoe Bay Waters Condo

The location was great and awesome lake views, however, the place needs to be updated. The furniture is not in good shape, especially the deck furnishings. The wicker outdoor furniture is falling apart and is in terrible shape. It was a shame because the views are beautiful but you don’t feel like you can enjoy them sitting on the deck b/c of the poor quality deck furnishings. The table was ok but the cushions are uncomfortable as they don’t fit the chairs and way too many pillows trying toCover up the poor quality furniture. The deck was also very dirty when we arrived with spider webs and dust on the furniture so we complained and they were very quick to come over and clean it up which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was fine and we did get a good price b/c we stayed during the week but I would have been even more disappointed if we would have paid normal rates due to the above mentioned issues. Just beware. Others complained about the beds not being comfortable but we found them to be fine and so no complaints there. Would not stay there again though.

Great Lake view

Beautiful area all around, very clean and well maintained. The view was out of this world. Beds and furniture comfortable and up to date. The only thing is the code key getting in the front door was crazy, very frustrating. We had a great timewould love to stay again.

VRBO HORSESHOE BAY

Nice 3-bedroom condo. We only used the master bedroom which had a very comfortable bed with a very nice lake view. Stayed on the large patio a lot which has the same lake view. We used the pool and the hot tub which were nice and not crowded. We went to one of the restaurants that was easily walkable from the condo for a couple of meals. The condo also came with a nice, covered parking spot close to the elevator.Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely lakefront condo

Pros: Spacious 3 bd/2 bath, just the right size for us, no cramped quarters here. Highlight of the property is the large balcony with lake view. So relaxing. Beautiful slate floor upgrade on balcony, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Condo interior has lovely tasteful decor and furniture. Cons: Non-responsive springs on right end of sofa; baseboards need dusting throughout; cobwebs containing bugs to the right of back door; food crumbs in silverware drawer. We felt the pros far outweighed the cons. So we were fine throughout our stay. But the review asked for both pros and cons so we tried to give it a thorough eval. Looking forward to returning!

Interior floors, cabinet surfaces and balcony were very dirty. Ad did not disclose that construction was occurring next door which made it very noisy.

Okay but disappointed with: 1. Only one parking space in very tight garage; 2. No access to resort golf courses or restaurants during February and 3. The condo could use some paint and deeper cleaning. On the other hand: great view, roomy condo, nice patio.

The room was not cleaned very good, and the LBJ MARINA no longer rents jet skis, so that needs to be changed in the amenities. And with the construction going on, no pool, access to the Marina pool should be allowed

HSB Girls trip

The Waterfront Condo, Bldg 5 was a great condo for our girls weekend. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were pretty comfy. I think they would pretty much perfect with some new pillows and sheets. The main down side was that every morning there was a grounds keeper with a leaf blower that started up around 7ish. I would have liked him to start up later, so I could have slept in and also sat out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful lake view with my cup of coffee in peace.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Unit needs a few upgrades to get to 5 stars. NO WIFI, Spiders and spider webs in public areas and on balcony. Mattresses are worn out and too soft with a crater in the middle. We enjoyed the resort near the water and will return but probably spoiled by other units nearby.

Amazing views from the patio

Beautiful home that we enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of things I wish were a little bit better. The ice in the refrigerator had a fish smell to it. The bedding smells really old and musty. We ran out of hot water really quickly. There was a coffee pot but no coffee and we had brought our kcups which did not work in the old style coffee pot. The drain in the master bathroom sink drains really slow. The patio has some missing tiles in the corner and a loose one close to the balcony edge. You need to read this listing’s print closely because it has pictures of a beautiful pool that we could not have access to. You also do NOT have any Resort amenities. But I must say, the view made up for any issues we had and we would consider coming back.

Perfection!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful inside and out. It is close to the Yacht Club and we could walk there easily to access the pool, food, etc. We will stay here again!!
