Our newest Royal Garden Studio! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is bathroom, lanai to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the views? Bedroom overlooks the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal with the Ko'olau Mountains as a backdrop! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise after registering with the front desk.

This condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more for a convenient stay. Just a 5 minute walk to all of the Waikiki shops and restaurants, and a little ABC store just down the block, the room itself was quiet and had a great view of the city and mountains. We were able to pick up a few grocery items and enjoy our morning coffee in the room as we planned our days. The laundry room onsite was a great addition and if I had realized how easy it would be to run a load of clothes, I could have packed about a third of what I brought! The owners included almost anything you could think of and it was a low stress visit because of this home away from home. Highly recommend-

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and very very friendly staff. The unit was so very comfortable and the view was excellent. The nice kitchen has everything you need. The location was perfect for us. We took bikes to Safeway and got food to barbecue and greatly enjoyed the barbecue by the pool. The pool also was warm and wonderful and there is a lawn to enjoy the sun. We also appreciated using the sauna. so we have the black one right here. This was an excellent deal and we would definitely stay here again!!

We liked that the property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood not in the middle of downtown Waikiki yet close enough to get there via a short walk or Uber ride. Perfect place for us to stay. Only negative I would put forth has nothing to do with the property it would be directed at one particular security guard who behaved as if he was inconvenienced by us when we had been directed to check in thru him.

The converted hotel is centrally located and has lovely decor that elevates the feel of staying in the Roal Garden above a typical hotel. I love that this studio condo has a baroque interior which, is unique in a tiki modern town. It is almost a little oasis inside the oasis. The 19th floor offers an incredible view of Honolulu's skyline. The ocean, Ala Wai canal and the mountains are also in view. However, I would recommend getting all the way to Duke's or Monkeypod for proper sunset appreciation. The kitchen has more appliances and dinnerware than I expected. It is totally livable for a longer stay. The desk is also very functional.

Near-perfect place to stay while attending a conference

Handy location, very clean, tidy and well-equipped. And I like the quirky ornate furniture. Knocked off one star because it doesn't really have a lanai. It's too narrow to put a proper chair on, let alone a table or a recliner. But that's a detail. I'll definitely hope to stay here again.
