Across the street from the ocean. Comfortably sleeps 14. Lots of room to spread out with family and friends. Great gathering spaces, large porches, outdoor shower, pool, elevator, and much more. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. The location is close to Surf City and in infamous S-curve, which allows you to cross over to the beach with minimal traffic.

The kitchen is well stocked.

A separate security deposit for $900 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
