It is a NON-SMOKING, NO PET villa inside and out. Remodeled villa with new kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops, porcelain tile, wood and carpeted floors, and new lights. There is a new 65" flat screen smart TV above the fireplace, a new flat screen TV in the master bedroom and in the guest bedroom.

Walk through the door to relax and enjoy the remodeled villa in Evian. This is an end unit with large windows on three sides.

The kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and features new granite counter tops which wrap around the kitchen. A great granite serving area between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms is perfect for meals and entertaining.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and food preparation with new small appliances. There is a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, range, and a pantry for storage.

The living room is bright and new with a granite top bar & sink and a tiled fireplace. Brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. The adjacent dining room is open and airy.

French doors lead from both the dining room and master bedroom into a private patio with exquisite views of the lagoon and golf course that are just steps from the villa. New patio pavers. The patio has both a covered veranda and an open area and is equipped with a patio table and chairs, two chaise lounges and outdoor sofa and two gliders.

The large en suite bedroom is bright and sunny with large windows and french doors which overlook the lagoon and patio. It has a king size bed with a new 43" tv, sitting area with love seat to enjoy the sunshine and the view.

Walk into the spa-like en suite bathroom which has been completely remodeled with a tile shower, large granite double sink vanity and tile floors.

The guest bedroom is equipped with twin XL beds with new Serta i-comfort mattresses, comforters, bed skirts and a flat screen TV.

The guest bath is remodeled with everything new featuring a granite counter top, vanity, beautiful round mirror, and new tiled shower, tub and floors.

The laundry room is adjacent to the bedrooms with a full size washer and dryer and plenty of shelving for storage.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This is just what we needed and in the perfect location. The property and photos are exactly as described. Safe neighborhood, great neighbors, peaceful and quiet. The outdoor sitting area with the swing was so nice to sit and have coffee. Cindy is a great host who is responsive and wants to make sure her guests are taken care of.

Beautiful and Relaxing Condo

Cindy was an excellent host who helped us with all our needs. We were fortunate to find this unit on last-minute notice, as another rented unit had been sold a few days before our trip. We did not want to take a chance with the change, so we found Cindy's excellent villa. Her condo is tastefully decorated and very beautiful! Her unit has a lovely view of the lagoon and golf course. She has a lot of outdoor space to enjoy with her condo.

Christmas in Hilton Head

Wonderful villa that was decorated beautifully (especially for Christmas) and has fantastic view of the golf course! Villa felt like home from the moment we walked in. Cindy is a fabulous host and very responsive! Looking forward to staying again and highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa

Evian is a beautiful area inside Shipyard Plantation which has always been one of our very favorite places to stay in Hilton Head. The villa was perfect for us. It was decorated beautifully and felt very cozy. The outside was fabulous with two patios overlooking a lagoon and golf course. Cindy, the owner was very helpful and extremely nice! We definitely hope to stay there again.

The is was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. All of the amenities were there - and then some. All of the comforts of home. Great Condo on HHI

Cindy's condo was amazing! It had everything we needed for our week stay, including beach gear. It's located toward the middle of the island and is close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the pool and 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Cindy was very responsive and quick to reply when I had questions. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great Villa in Shipyard

Stayed in HH many times and this was one of the best stays. Our host was so good to anticipate our needs and provide thorough instructions and information on the villa. Loved the location. Shipyard is beautiful and safer for walking and riding bikes. Loved seeing all the Alligators, large Birds and Turtles in the ponds. Stream was very relaxing to have our morning coffee and read books. The neighbors were very nice. Cindy's communication was Great.

Girls vacation with older guests

Cindy’s place was perfect for our girls get away with my mom and aunt . All one floor living with the exception of the steps off the parking lot . All beds and furniture were very comfortable . We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the alligators float by in the back yard . . Cindy was very easy to work with and very accommodating. She let us have a late check out as we had car problems . She even let us check in early on the front side of our stay ! We would stay here again in the future .

Perfect Villa!

This villa is beautiful and extremely comfortable! The drive to the beach is only 5 minutes with easy access and restrooms. The pool is easy walking distance, but also has parking. The outdoor areas at the villa are fantastic, but it was way too hour to enjoy in August.

We really enjoyed our stay here — the backyard oasis is just as described. Peaceful and many birds to see at all times, the occasional alligator swim-by too. The kitchen is very well stocked for actual use which we appreciated. A/C works great and we always appreciate laundry. Smart TV as well so you can utilize your streaming accounts as needed. We didn’t spend lots of time sitting on the beach but the shed was very well stocked for that as well. Cindy was a kind and responsive host. Great week in Hilton Head, thank you!

More than we asked for!!

We and our friends had a great stay at Cindy's condo at Evian in Shipyard. Th condo was everything as pictured. It was very well decorated and comfortable. Even though it was a very hot week, we daily enjoyed the outdoor area in the mornings and evenings observing all of the amazing wildlife and the golfers going by. We enjoyed the nice pool facilities and the beach access as well as the very convenient Shipyard Golf Club, with all 3 nine holes in excellent shape. Cindy was always immediately available for any questions we might have. We would highly reccommend this unit for a great HH vacation.

Great vacation

We wanted to check out Hilton Head and the surrounding area. The place was ideal for our family - good access to the beach, pool, and bike paths. Got to see a lot of nature that HH provides. Our host was exceptional.
