Before we describe the beautiful home let's first discuss the location. There is a reason that oceanfront homes in the North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach area are so highly sought after for Hilton Head Island vacations. With close proximity to the wonderful shops, restaurants and watering holes (such as the world-famous Tiki Hut, Sand Bar, and Pool Bar Jim’s at SeaCrest), in the Coligny Plaza area, this is where you want to be to get the most out of your Hilton Head Island vacation. Leave your car in the driveway and walk or bike ride to everything, including the beautiful beach. And our South Forest Beach location provides easy walk or bike-ride access to the beauty and elegance of Sea Pines and its featured attractions such as Harbourtown, South Beach, and Sea Pines Beach Club.

Cassina Palms is direct oceanfront featuring 5 bedrooms plus an additional large bedroom/loft sleeping area (that sleeps six), along with 5 bathrooms with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for large multi-generational families or a gathering of friends, you will love the spacious, quiet and uncrowded beach directly in front of the house, the large, heated pool (extra heat charges apply), with generous patio that includes 8 chaise lounge chairs, large dining table, propane grill, and shaded seating area for 8. You will also enjoy the spectacular views from the three ocean-facing balconies with comfy seating.

Enter Cassina Palms on the ground floor and you will find 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and patio access, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. This level also includes the game room with ping pong table. Walk right out the back door to your private pool and large patio area.

The 2nd (main) floor features a large gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, dining area and two separate living rooms as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom facing the ocean is outfitted with queen bedding and has a sliding glass door view of the ocean and private en-suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen beds and share a full bathroom with oversized shower. The wall of windows facing the ocean in the living and dining areas will take your breath away! Three sliding glass doors provide easy access to the balcony where you can enjoy your favorite libation while soaking up the ample sunshine and beautiful ocean views.

Bringing the kids? The third level provides a perfect kid get-away and sleeping area featuring two full beds with twin trundle beds tucked underneath, a separate sitting area with large screen TV and queen sleeper sofa, private ocean-facing deck with outdoor seating. This level also includes a DELUXE master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closets, private balcony, and an over-the-top luxurious en-suite bath. All bedrooms include wifi-connected TV's with FUBOTV providing all your favorite channels.

Also, our pet-friendly home has an important feature that you will not find anywhere else on Hilton Head. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Our home offers a spectacular setting for a small wedding. We do allow weddings for up to 75 guests subject to a non-negotiable fee of $1500.00 and a minimum stay as per our minimum stay guidelines for the dates where the wedding falls. Wedding event should fall at least one day prior to departure (ex: no Friday weddings if Saturday departure). Tents, tables, lights and outside catering permitted.

Please note: from April 1 - September 30 we rent from Saturday - Saturday only with a one week minimum stay.

An beautiful place to stay

We are lucky enough to rent a lot of homes for vacations and this one was one of my favorites. The house was great, well stocked with kitchen tools, dishes, blankets and towels. We appreciated high end touches like the ice maker, powerful blender, and pots big enough to do a seafood boil at home.The beds and furniture were high quality and super comfortable, and the space fit our group of 8 perfectly. Brian was very responsive when we needed something the first day. I was a little worried that we would miss seeing the full ocean with the house being set back, but that’s wasn’t at all the case. The view is truly spectacular and the beautiful lawn only adds to it!We rented bikes and rode to the grocery store, dinner and shops at different times during the week. The location was great. Our whole group loved it, and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head!

Perfect spot

We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Getaway

we were very happy with the house. it had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and spouses, my nephew and my 90 year old dad, loved the closeness to the ocean and also relaxing in the pool. we will definitely come back here on our next Hilton Head vacation. the host was extremely easy to get ahold of. if you have a small group, look into this location!!!

Great property!

Cassina Palms is located in a premier location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed the large oceanfront home with pool. We only ate 1 meal out the entire week as the kitchen was very accommodating for meals for large groups. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and uncrowded. Brian, the property manager was promt and attentive and took care of any and all needs. We are all looking forward to next year's visit!

Perfect beach wedding

We recently hosted our beach wedding at this stunning Vrbo property, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to make our special day perfect. The beachfront location provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos, and our guests were in awe of the views. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Gorgeous oceanfront house

The property and home were stunning and more than enough room for 12 of us! Easy bike to Caligney and Sea Pines. Access to ocean was not only beautifully landscaped but right in the backyard! Highly recommend!

Old House

House is in a great location which we have stayed in Hilton for several years on family vacation. The location of this house is awesome…..beach is great and within walking distance to Coligny area. This house is old and in need of major work. Lots of items didn’t work…..2 burners on stove, hot water in kitchen. Grass was overgrown, pool stayed dirty because of unkept palm trees shedding debris. House needs attention for the money charged for a week stay. I will add that grass did get mowed after we called and requested…..but again for the money you shouldn’t have to request these things.

A perfect week at a very nice property. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive. The property had everything you could ever want or could think about. We rented this house because it was on the beach and it was dog friendly! The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! Family Vacation

We had a total of 11 family members...7 adults and 4 children with one very well behaved dog! The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a big benefit for all. The location by the beach was fantastic and our property manager, Brian Austin was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and information. I would highly recommend this property and its property manager for future families.

Amazing!

We love the beach and wanted a place where we could have a small wedding/renew our vowes with our closest friends and family. We had family stay in the house ranging in age from under 2 to 80 years old. The overall feedback from us and our guests is that it's the best event we've ever been to! First, the direct access to the beach is a complete game changer. The walk is easy with the majority of it being a board walk. The grounds are amazing. Great landscaping and lighting and plenty of grassy area for our event. The kids loved the pool with plenty of seating around the pool deck for the adults to relax and keep an eye on them. The house is great. We slept 15 with no problem. The third floor master wing is amazing. Many of our party spent every morning on the many decks drinking coffee and reading with great views of the ocean and the back yard. The host was great! He even came over and adjusted the irrigation so it wouldn't interfere with our event. Overall we'd highly recommend this property for a great get away!

Thanksgiving 2022

Every November for Thanksgiving I bring my family to Hilton Head. First time to stay in the South Forest Beach area, usually we stay in a Palmetto Dune homs. This home has a perfect location on the beach, and a private pathway to walk to the beach. Perfect layout for entertaining which we did have several dinners including Thanksgiving of 15 people. The main floor with the kitchen , eating area and family area all flows nicely. There are 3 bedrooms on this main floor and only downfall is that only 1 bedroom has a private bath , the other two bedrooms have to share the other bathroom as well as your guests since there is not a powder room on the main floor. The Master suite upstairs is incredible , beautiful, spacious and private, with two outdoor sitting area's , the one facing the beach is very nice to sit in the morning and relax to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the ocean, very peaceful. The first floor when you enter is great , the couple who stayed in the bedroom had privacy and also own entrance in and out to the pool. There are a lot of steps which were steeper than most, to get to the main floor as well as another set to get up to the master suite. Great exercise, however, not recommended for elderly or disabled individuals. I enjoyed, definitely got my workout in! We only had one issue when we arrived and the host Brian, took care of it immediately. Enjoyed our 2 weeks at this home and Brian the host was great communicating and assisting with what we needed.

Great beach front home!

We enjoyed our week at the Cassina Palms home, even with a few hiccups. Pros: -Location! Amazing views from every oceanfront window and deck on the house. Located on a quiet dead end street with perfect uncrowded beach access. Centrally located and can get to most island attractions in less than 15 mins. Very close to Sea Pines. - Comfy beds with lots of linens - Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. We did find that some of the smaller appliances were not working (coffee grinder and that there is a shortage of silverware. -Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas which is so nice to have a rental! -Great pool! Cons: -The air conditioning for the top floor was not working on our arrival and we notified the host. He was quick to respond to my messages, but no one came to fix it until 3 days later. Luckily, it was not blazing hot outside, but none the less I would have appreciated it have been resolved earlier. -Home is in need of some general maintenance. Some of the outdoor furniture on main deck was rusted out and broken. Lots of dust and mold in/around the air vents. The front gates are not mechanically working anymore (you can manually open and close), so if you are planning to use that to enclose your dog just be aware they must be tied with a bungee chord. The gates in the back yard do not fully shut either. They probably just need to be releveled. I know we came at the tail end of the busy summer rental season so maybe some of these thing will be address when occupancy slows down. Overall , a great home!

Hi, Brian and Melissa - Thank You for allowing us to stay at your home this psst week - adults, kids and dogs loved the spacious accommodations, pool, proximity to the beach and central location to restaurants, etc. The home is well equipped - loved the range and nifty ice maker…not to mention the well running A/C system - comforting after a full day outside. Really appreciated having the pool - nice temp - and such easy access to the beach. Bottomline, we had a great week - will definitely consider staying at 11 Cassina Lane again. Great Home to Enjoy!

We were very happy staying in this home, it was as advertised. Clean and well maintained. The kitchen was great and was stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large family. The bedrooms were as photographed and very comfortable with good storage and closets. My family enjoyed the pool every day! The beach was also great and private. Brian was very accommodating and any questions were answered quickly and any minor issues were resolved quickly! I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home, will be going back again! Great location, amenities, and supplies

We spent a week here in August 2022. The property is wonderful and the location is great. Upon arrival, we were able to get into the house without issue. The curved driveway had space for 3 SUV/Trucks. The entrance is on the same level as one bedroom, ping pong room, laundry, two full bathrooms, and the pool. The house is well stocked with pool towels, pool floats, infant float, pool noodles, beach chairs, beach cart, and beach umbrellas. There’s also a fridge conveniently located on this floor - we stocked it with drinks and didn’t need to keep running upstairs for them. There’s plenty of seating and ample shaded areas around the pool. We did not need to heat the pool and a pool cleaner did stop by one day to clean up. The pool has a fence in front of it. Beyond the fence, there’s great grass space and a beautiful walkway to the beach. Landscapers stopped by one day for weekly maintenance. The second floor of the house is amazing as well. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, and two seating areas. Full disclosure, some of the living room furniture is starting to show its age but it served its purpose. The dining table has ample space for around 8-10 people and there’s an additional counter/stools for 2-3 more. In the kitchen, it is evident that the owners have experience. It has beautiful and quality appliances, including double ovens, a large fridge, a stand-alone freezer, ice maker, tons of supplies (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, serveware, chafing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, keurig, toaster oven, and toaster). There’s a lot of pantry space as well so we were able to stock up for the week. This floor has so much outdoor patio/deck space. We were able to hang out upstairs, shaded under an umbrella, watching over those in the pool. This is also a great spot to see the waves on the beach, all day! The third floor is great as well. It has a master suite, sitting area with tv, and two extra beds. There’s also a peaceful porch area that is great for a mini escape in a hectic house :) Please note, the extra beds on this floor don’t have much privacy, but each does have a trundle and is ideal for a kids space. The entire house had ample space for a party of 13 people to sprawl out. It can easily accommodate even more than that really. The location of this home is great. The private beach access leads to a relatively quiet portion of the beach and is away from the hustle/bustle.
