Great location. Well designed unit. Great kitchen utensils. Gorgeous view from central room balcony. Easy access to beach across a well maintained walkway. Only 1/2 mile to Coligny by beach or street. Nice having different levels but the steps’ tread are pretty small for old folks. The flora and fauna between unit and beach are beautiful. Deer. Rabbits. Crows Redbirds. Squirrels. OnlyIssues: 1. access code checking in on Saturday evening didn’t work, and the 800# we were given said they were closed, to call back Monday. That was scary. Texting and emailing finally me got a callback to get in. 2. The TVs are a mess. Between the cable and Rokus and Smart TVs with Firestick the inputs were sobscrewed up you have to use 3 remotes. Cable guy came but just gave us a workaround as the input wasn’t working. But I should not be watching TV at the beach! ;) 3. At checkout time I noticed the oven was still producing heat even tho it was turned off an hour earlier. We called but they said no one was available. I asked about flipping the breaker but their notes on location of breaker box were wrong. It was behind a locked door in garage that they didn’t have the code for. I got a neighbor to call the owner to handle. Whew. The issues were just communication so can be fixed. Overall great unit. Location is the best feature by far. Oh and the pool area was very nice.
