Up the first set of six stairs, you will find two private bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and smart TV. These bedrooms share a large hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. Up the next set of stairs is a large open space with 2 twin/double bunk beds, 2 twin trundles, and a sleeper sofa. This is the perfect space for the kids to hang out with a foosball table and smart TV. A private bedroom is also located on this level with a king-sized bed, smart TV, and crib. *This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation. Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $15 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $350/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
*1 dog allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee required.
