Very nice condo on the beach with a nice ocean view. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Good Communication with mgmt. They promptly fixed an issue we had. The only complaint that we had is that the sofa’s are not very comfortable to sit on or as a bed (even worse). I could not sleep on the sofa, so my husband had to put up with my snoring. Otherwise, it was very lovely

The view from the 2nd floor onto the ocean was amazing. You could sit on the balcony and read a book with the waves crashing in the background. The location was fantastic with less than a 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants. The only downside we had was that the bed was quite hard.

Close to stuff

It was very close to Colgny Plaza and the beach. We had a wonderful view from our room and a table set to enjoy. The only down side was the bathroom is so small.

Great Location!

Clean, well-equipped condo in a wonderful location. Close to everything in Coligny area, on the beach, had a great stay. The building/development is somewhat older but things are in good shape.

We had a very nice time at the beach. The location is perfect! Once we arrived we didnt have to take the car out very often as everything we needed/wanted was right there. The rooms even for just two people are very small though. The

Would suggest a short writeup on how to operate the television and who to call if it doesn’t work. We eventually called Spectrum & spent an hour before finally getting set to work properly. And wifi login instructions in condo were different from what office told us & different yet from what we finally got to work.

A bit disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the overall location and quality of the room was very very good. Everything was absolutely perfect. For 2 days, the WiFi did not work and the AC even went out and started leaking water all over my belongings. Again, everything else was perfect besides these two things, but in the middle of August having lousy AC is unacceptable.
