Beautiful home. I especially enjoyed the lovely living room with views of the golf course. The large dining room table lent itself to leisurely meals with my family. We loved having lunch outside and drinks on the front porch. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. I highly recommend this home.

This is a great house for a large group of guests. We were a family of 8 adults and 6 small children. The bedroom set up gives everyone plenty of personal space and the two living rooms means there is always a quiet space if needed. The bonus room at the top of the house is brilliant. The kitchen is expansive so multiple people can easily be working there together. The pool area is not large but if you are visiting in the cooler months the heater works extremely well. This is not always the case we have found. The location is excellent. A five minute bike ride to Harbourtown and ten minutes to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will return next time we have a family vacation

Great post-Christmas spot

We always get a house in Sea Pines for the week after Christmas for our whole family. 4 kids and spouses and 6 grands in one house. This property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location. Several different gathering spaces made it so you could really spread out and have kids playing in one area and adults having "adult time" in others. You can't go wrong with this property.

Extended Family for son’s Wedding

This property was amazing. It Has six large bedrooms plus plenty of couches! There are five different living areas so we could all spread out. The outdoors is beautiful. The pool and hot tub look out over the golf course. And the screened in porch is great for drinking coffee in the mornings Kitchen is well equipped, and we were able to make several family dinners while we were there. The kids loved the game tables upstairs. I would definitely love to come stay there again.

Golf trip

We stayed here for a yearly men’s golf trip. The house was amazing. It far exceeded our expectations. Tons of space for 8 guys. We had a small lighting issue with the pool while we were there and I contacted the property manager. The issue was resolved that day. We would highly recommend this house.

TERRIBLE WEATHER BUT GREAT TIME

Home was stunning and spacious - and we needed every inch given Tropical Storm Debbie was an uninvited guest for most of our 7 day stay. We had 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 5. The game room became command central. The olympics had nothing on our family ping pong tournaments - and most of us are still talking to each other! Again, the multiple spacious rooms and dining spaces provided adequate outlets for the various age ranges and activities. We used the pool every day - even when raining - which the little ones enjoyed the novelty of "swimming in the rain". Despite the multiple weather alerts and travel advisories, we felt safe and secure in the home. It was a lovely home and we had a lovey time there.

Elegant, convenient, luxury.

This property is located in the premier Sea Pines community on the beautiful west end of the island. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking for large groups. The pool and hot tub outside were so nice, with afternoon shade. The house itself has 4 distinct family living room areas, so plenty of room to split up when it's time for some privacy. Sea Pines beach club is a short 15 minute bike ride away as well! The property management team were so professional, and checked on us multiple times throughout the trip. Look no further for a high-end, well executed vacation experience.
