Preciosas vistas al mar! Espectacular condominio frente al mar con excelentes vistas desde este condominio Hampton Place de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en Palmetto Dunes. Ver el océano Atlántico directamente desde la cocina, sala de estar y dos dormitorios, vistas están en todas partes. Ver la salida del sol y de la luna sobre el océano. Mirar por encima de la piscina Hampton Place y al océano Atlántico, donde los delfines y pelícanos juegan. Great Stay

Condo was great and super accessible to the pool and beach. Check was easy and they got us in early. Staff at the realty office were so nice. Great spot to take the family.

Summer getaway

The location and view was wonderful! My only complaint was that the kitchen lacked basic supplies like cooking oil, salt/pepper, and cutting knives. There were also a few cockroaches present in the apartment. Other than that, everything was great!

First time in Hilton Head!

Although it rained 4 out of 5 days during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the covered parking and elevator access. The property was well taken care of and our unit was comfortable. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the living too giving each couple privacy. Kitchen was well stocked, balcony view of the pool and beach. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful complex, beautiful unit

We actually ended up being moved to another unit on the property when unexpected construction was ongoing in our originally booked unit at the start of our stay. The management company was wonderful to work with and the property was beautiful. So relaxing and a lovely place to unwind with family.

Great family location

The location and view was wonderful! Also, loved the size of the condo and the full kitchen too! The pool layout was great with plenty of room for my sons friends who joined us from other condo locations. And, we loved using the grill facilities out by the pool. Management company was easy to deal with and solved two issues while we were there, with very little interruption. Overall a great experience, we were sad to leave.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Great access to pool and hot tub, and very easy to get to the beach. Condo was very comfortable but could use some updating for the price. Really wished the master had the balcony access instead of the second bedroom. The view from the balcony was great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but would have loved a regular coffee maker and some salt/pepper or other seasoning stashes. Bed was very comfortable. Facilities at Hampton Place were fantastic.

The location was wonderful

The condo needed some updating. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen needed more silverware as we ran out and there were only three of us. The rugs were filthy and the people cleaning in between renters needed to do a better job. There was a very musty smell from the dresser in Master bedroom. With a little TLC it would be a wonderful condo.

Grounds were excellent. Faucets in bath never were repaired during our stay (very low pressure) ; this was reported. Lock on bedroom slider did not lock. Wall paper in guest bath was peeling and stained. Jacuzzi by pool did not turn on; reported but not fixed during our stay . Rooms smelled musty.

Great location, unit is dated / musty

We love Palmetto Dunes and Hampton Place. This is our fourth trip to HHI and we have stayed in Palmetto Dunes during each visit. I would highly recommend Hampton Place for location but I do not feel this unit is appropriately priced given the age of the bedding (pillows, mattresses, mattress covers, etc.). The beds smell. The nightly rental for this unit is priced at the average for a 2-bedroom in Hampton Place and this unit is below average in terms of offering (we have rented other 2-bedroom units and therefore have direct comparables). The kitchen and living area are fine, they're old but completely functional.

Best Place on Hilton Head

This place is absolutely quiet, peaceful, and seriously one of the best places I've stayed on Hilton Head Island. The heated pool was a hit because it was only about 70 degrees on the beach and the water was freezing cold so it was nice to have a place to come get into a warm pool. My family enjoyed renting bikes and riding to the local General Store for an ice cream or dessert. Felt really safe with the guard entrance so just any old so so couldn't just drive back to the resort. I love that you could just walk steps away to the beach, most places on Hilton Head is either a drive and fight for parking or walk your tail off to get to the beach. The room was super nice, plenty of kitchen pots, plates, and utensils so you could eat there and not have to go out to eat. beds for really comfortable I would highly recommend this place for a vacation look forward to coming back here if available.

Maintenance issues and lots of bugs.

Several fruit flies and bugs in the condo. Filthy carpets. Musty and sticky air. Both drain stops in tubs did not work so no baths for our kids. Second bedroom sink did not work at all. Second bedroom tv remote was missing. Tons of sand on the balcony. Not enough toilet paper, dish soap, etc for an entire week for a family of four. We stayed here last year and it was not this bad. We likely will not be coming back, sadly. It’s a great location!

What a nice condo in a great location!

Our condo had great views, immaculately clean, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen ! The whole property was so well planned! We vacationed during fall break but never felt crowded ! Pleasant and private ! Will visit again! This unit was very spacious and while a little dated was in excellent shape with very high quality furnishings !

A Week at the Beach

Beautiful beach & resort

We had a great time. The property was clean. The pool area was very nice. The beach is gorgeous! I didn’t love the king bed - it was a bit firm for me and the headboard was loose so it hit the wall if you moved very much — but the apartment was perfect for our family of four. We would stay here again.

Nice place with ocean view

The unit in Palmetto Dunes is fantastic and in a great location. Very quiet and family oriented. Easy walking to the beach and pool. Unit wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived Saturday evening. The manager was contacted and he had a service come in immediately the next morning to take care of it. Overall we were very pleased with the place would visit again.

What a wonderful place!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The first floor property had easy access to the beach and pool yet still had a breathtaking view. The large rooms were very comfortable. We have stayed several different places in Palmetto Dunes, and this was definitely our favorite.

Perfect place to stay

Our family had a great stay. The ocean view was amazing. The unit overlooks the pool area and had great access to parking. Bike rentals and tennis courts are walking distance. Riding bikes through Palmetto Dunes was a treat. Shelter Cove is immediately across the parkway from Palmetto Dunes and has great restaurants, nice shopping and a marina with boat rentals and charter fishing. This was a perfect location and we will stay here when we are back in Hilton Head. The bathrooms are a little dated but the beds were very comfortable.

Great experience

Property is very nice, clean with great amenities. One thing I would’ve liked is to have a better cable tv options, but that’s personal preference.
