30 Stoney Creek is a beautiful, fully renovated ranch style home in Sea Pines within walking distance to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and Marina. The sunny pool is located at the front of the home and is surrounded by potted plants and a privacy fence. This is a multi-level deck that has six chairs, side tables and a lounge chair - a peaceful place to relax in the sun!

WOW! That’s what you’ll say as you walk through the front door. You are greeted with an open floor plan and a panoramic view of the par 5 eleventh hole of Heron Point Golf Course. The planked floors, vaulted 20’ ceiling and a wall of sliding doors create a large bright open living space. The dining area, open to both the kitchen and great room, offers a large wooden table that seats eight, a wet bar with sink and wine fridge. The living room has two comfortable couches, three rocking chairs, a fireplace and a 65" SMART TV. The sliding doors open to the very private deck overlooking the golf course. There are six rocker chairs and a 6’ round glass topped table with chairs plus the Char-Broil gas grill. Enjoy your meal outside while watching golfers hit their shots to the green.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances. There is a large assortment of cookware and serving ware, as well as any basic staples and supplies you will need. There are four leather stools at the kitchen island and an additional three pub chairs at the kitchen bar. A great place to enjoy a snack while looking through the floor to ceiling windows to the pool.

The master bedroom is in the rear corner of the house. This bedroom has a king bed looking out over the golf course, a large walk-in closet, private deck access, 44" SMART TV in the armoire, large bureau, and comfortable reading chair. The new fully renovated master bath has a large walk-in shower with bench seat and overhead skylights, full length vanity and toilet closet.

The second bedroom is off the living room and features a king bed, sliding door that leads out onto the back patio, 44" SMART TV and a new private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has two full beds, windows that overlook the pool and a 27” TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

There is a full-sized washer and dryer with supplies included.

A 30 Stoney Creek Road Thanksgiving!

Our family had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving at this property. The house was a perfect fit for us. We found the property spotless, well-appointed, and welcoming. The location was perfect - bike rides to Harbortown for ice cream, walking paths for strolls with the family, and easy access to the golf course. We will be back!

Great rental close to Harbour town!

This may have been our favorite Sea Pines rental yet! Great open layout, plenty of space both in & outdoors for the kids to spread out. The pool is small but so nice to have & easy to see from the kitchen. Bikes were not all in working order, but still nice that they are included! We used some & rented to supplement. Lots of nice storage & organizational touches throughout. We’ll be back!
