Nuestra villa ha sido totalmente remodelada, terminada en febrero de 2016. Pisos nuevos, cocina, dormitorios, baños, muebles, accesorios y electrodomésticos. Todas las encimeras en cocina y baños son de granito. Venga a visitar uno de los lugares de vacaciones más deseados en la costa este y alójese en uno de los lugares más deseados, Huntington Villas.

Esta villa de dos pisos, bellamente diseñada, está completamente amueblada y se encuentra a unos 200 metros de la playa y a solo unos pasos de la piscina privada climatizada que es solo para huéspedes de Huntington. Un plano de planta abierto con un dormitorio principal en la planta baja con cama king-size, ducha completa, se encuentra en la vía fluvial de Broad Creek, una vía fluvial interconectada de 11 millas. Se permite la pesca y la navegación en kayak en el canal. Una de las habitaciones de arriba tiene una cama doble con ducha completa. El tercer dormitorio, ubicado arriba, tiene dos camas individuales con baño completo. El nivel principal tiene todas las comodidades de cocina con medio baño fuera de la cocina. Sala de estar, comedor y barra de desayuno también en planta principal.

Y, hay una sala de sol fuera del comedor con vista a Broad Creek que es ideal para leer y disfrutar de las vistas al agua. Las habitaciones, la sala de sol, la sala de estar tienen televisores de pantalla plana.

Además de la piscina y la playa, hay tres campos de golf PGA de 18 hoyos en Palmetto Dunes y a solo minutos de Villa, Fazio, Trent Jones y Arthur Hills. El Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (clasificado entre los 50 mejores en los Estados Unidos) se encuentra a una milla de la Villa, tiene 23 canchas de arcilla y dos duras.

Las tiendas están cerca de toda la isla, Shelter Cove Marina se encuentra cruzando la calle desde la entrada a Palmetto Dunes, donde encontrará excelentes tiendas y lugares para comer. El servicio de transporte gratuito de Palmetto Dunes está disponible (de abril a septiembre) para transportarlo por las áreas de Palmetto Dunes y Shelter Cove.

Excellent stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this home. The proximity to the beach and the pool are fantastic. The accommodations inside fit our family of 5 very well. We will certainly consider staying her a 3rd time.

Great Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean, well lit, stocked & spacious. Public beach access is essentially right across the street. Pool is about a 30 second walk from the front door. Perfect location. Rich was extremely responsive & proactive about check in process. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to nitpick anything I would say linens could be updated & could use a few more trash cans in bathrooms & bedrooms but our family really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great villa!

The villa is very clean and well decorated, nicer even than what appears on the photos. Fully equipped kitchen and TVs in every bedroom. Short walk to the beach, 5 minutes or so. Very convenient to the community pool and hot tub, across the parking area. Great communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out, no crazy requests like some hosts. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! House was perfect for our family of 6! Pictures don’t do it justice… the pictures make it look much darker than it is. It’s actually FULL of light with great views of the lagoon and an awesome skylight over the master shower (loved that)! The whole house is very comfortable and the finishes and furnishings were very nice and upscale! Great layout with each bedroom having their own bath and an extra half bath on the 1st floor. Also loved the location with easy pool and beach access and the kids loved riding bikes to the General Store every day! Owner very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for families on Hilton Head!

This location was perfect, quiet and away from the bustle but minutes from the beach and everything we wanted to enjoy. Rich and his manager were very responsive when we had wifi issues (due to weather) and easy to communicate with. The place was spacious with lovely view. Could add a few more items to stock tbe place but nothing major. Would happily stay there again.

LOVE this property!

We just returned from our 4th year in this condo and the owner and property continue to meet all of our needs. The location is close to the pool and the beach. The unit is comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The owner is extremely communicative and responsive. The people in the surrounding units are respectful and friendly.

Great Location and Plenty of room

As a family of 5 we struggle with finding affordable places with plenty of room within a short walk to the beach. This listing has been one of our best experiences. It was just a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great vacation. Townhouse was beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5. Updated finishes and appliances. Pool right around the corner. Short walk to beach. Rich was very responsive to all my questions. The only negative comment and I am knit picking here is that the $25 parking pass should have been included in the rental fee.

Great house, responsive owner!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for a family of 5. The updates are very nice and it’s a great location, just about 5 min walk to the beach and easy bike ride to the general store and tennis courts. Somehow, VRBO did not let the owners know we had booked the house so we did not receive check in information and the house was not ready for us. The owner was incredibly responsive and got his cleaning crew to the house that night! They did a great job and we felt comfortable moving in right after. The owner even sent a sweet treat to us the next day for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This is our second time renting this condo and we have decided it is the perfect vacation rental for our family. The location is fabulous with it's proximity to the ocean and the pool. The condo is comfortably decorated, furnished with all of the dishes and amenities needed and the owner is excellent in communicating. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would plan future trips to Hilton Head based upon the availability of this unit. Looking forward to next year.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for the Leamington beach access walkway.

Excellent rental experience. No hassle and everything was neat and clean. We enjoyed our beautiful week on the island and this rental. One of my favorites and we have been renting for approximately the last 15 years in Palmetto Dunes.

Absolutely Fantastic Vacation

This place is amazing!!!!! The location within Palmetto Dunes cannot be beat......extremely close to beach, pool, and right on bike path. The unit is amazing! It is so clean and completely updated and has everything you need to cook full dinners in the kitchen. It is also very spacious and comfortable. I have stayed at places where the seating is questionable but everything here is not only comfortable, but clean as well to where you can completely relax. This villa fit our family of 5 with no problem at all. The beds were very comfortable as well which is usually a struggle for us. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head. The owner, Richard, was also extremely prompt to reply to any questions that we had and to make sure we had everything we needed. Great unit and fantastic vacation! I cannot rate this place high enough!
