This is an old building. The stairwell clearly has mold issues with a horrible smell and there is no elevator or lock on the back entrance. The ashcan outside the back door had a fire and had not been replaced. Our room had faux hardwood that was dirty and was peeling up, otherwise, the room was clean, the staff was nice and breakfast was good.
