Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and the place felt clean upon arrival. However, communication with an actual person was non existent. We wanted to inquire about an early check in as our flight arrived super early. I messaged through the app with no response as well as texted the number that was provided with no response again. I ended up calling a call center and they basically told me if it was available I would get an email aroun 1pm. I never got an email letting us know either way. Also, the unit has a basement where one room with the queen bed is located as well as a pull out sofa bed. Initially it was not getting warm as there was little flow through the vents. It eventually got warm enough after turning the heater all the way up. Again I tried to contact someone about this via the app and the number provided but there was no response. The place was nice and comfortable but the lack of communication was frustrating and unacceptable.

Nice place, only thing really lacking is that there are no coffee tables or end tables in the living room or the downstairs sitting area ( this was accurately shown in the pictures but I didn't notice till I got there ) - also no chair in the downstairs bedroom - also I don't know what the codes are in Utah but where we live the garage doors must close themselves

Beautiful home

The home is lovely, well decorated, and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. One thing not mentioned on the listing is that three bedrooms are upstairs including the master. There is an additional bedroom downstairs with a sitting area with a pull out sofa which is great space for members of your group with small children. It would be a quiet place for naps. If you need a bedroom on the main floor, this is not the property for you. Also, there is only one king bed. The listing is wrong if it says there are two. That needs to be changed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Family Weekend Ski Getaway

Overall the property is great. Location is short drive to Park City Mountain. Home is new and decorated nicely. A few items to be fixed - the light under the microwave was not working, the kitchen sink faucet leaks at the base, the toilet paper holders mounted to the walls were falling off, no spare sheets for the pull out couch, the vent on the microwave seems to leak into the upstairs bedrooms (our kids could smell it strongly when in use), and the dryer did not function well (probably needs the vent line cleaned). A few things to make this rental great - more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen (our group had 8 adults and we had to continually wash towels during our 4 day stay - and the dryer didn't work well), there was only one large skillet (an electric griddle would have been nice), not enough dish soap (there was only a small sample size and it was not full when we arrived), and we did not have enough trash bags.

Anniversary of our mother.

My siblings and I all came out to honor our mother on her 4 year angelversary. We throughly enjoyed our time together, even though the neighbors complained we we too loud at 6:30 pm. We had no music playing, just laughing, exchanging stories and opening xmas presents. The house didn't provide enough towels, toilet paper and extra bedding for the amount of people the house stated it accommodated. We still managed to have a great time, the place and area was awesome.

Great stay, one thing that was dificult

It was very clean, very nice stay, great location, and was very spacious and nice. The only thing was the getting in to the place. The door was not opening well even with the instructions video. I called the mangrment and they immediately helped me and gave us another way to enter. Also they asked us to park in the garage but there was no garage door opener to take with us so we would have to run in open the garage etc. I believe the door code lock was broken but they hopefully will get it fixed. But the property management was really helpful when I called and everything else about the stay was incredible.

Very clean, beautiful property

My husband and I brought our 7 adult children to stay for the weekend. Everything was perfect. House appears to be very new with beautiful furnishings and all the comforts of home. The kids loved the hot tub. This property is a quick 4 miles to Park City. Highly recommend!

Nice New Development

Property is brand new, clean, and in good shape. It was a very easy drive to Park City for our family to ski each day. Snow removal in the driveway and walkways was very prompt. Although there aren't yet many amenities in the immediate area, it was easy to drive to restaurants, grocery, etc. We had a few minor issues that were all resolved in a timely manner: Front door lock was not working upon our arrival, but the property manager responded immediately and gave us garage code to enter. Some towels that were hanging on towel racks and folded were damp upon our arrival. The property manager apologized and assured us that they would alert housekeeping to ensure towels were dry prior to stocking them for next guests. There was also a significant amount of garbage left in the garage by the previous renters - the property manager arranged to have it removed the following day. One minor suggestion would be for a few additional towels on site as well as Bath Mat towels for the bathrooms. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Hooks would be helpful in the bathrooms and by the hot tub. But we had a great time and would love to do it again.
