Clean comfortable room , very nice and helpful staff.

Stay here for the location, 2 min drive from Volcano National Park entrance. Not much else to recommend it. Reminded us of Bates Motel in you-know-which movie.

This is a good location close to the National Park. If you are visiting the park for an extended period of time, then I would recommend it.

The host is super friendly and provide a lot of information on what to do and where to go on the national park.

Nice breakfast, large spacious room, nice walk out deck.

Nice big room with comfortable beds. Very quiet. We slept through the breakfast 7:30-8:30am but I hear they had pancakes and french toast. Close to the Volcano National Park.

Nice, friendly staff. Nice breakfast of french toast, oranges and juice.

It was a great nights sleep. Very comfortable. It had a real Ernest Hemingway feel to the location and in a good way.

This is somewhere between a hotel and B&B. It feels like you're staying in someones master bedroom, but its more formalized than that - like a hotel. the room was huge, plenty of space for a couple. and the other rooms had 2 beds which would work with a family of 4 very well. Location is great since I was sightseeing around the volcano area. This place is extremely quiet, my ears were ringing. Didn't hear anybody because of the huge separation of rooms.

Very new, big, clean rooms. Very friendly staff and great breakfast Will be back again

The location, hotel, and services are excellent. The breakfast was different and appropriate. The staff were helpful in finding a local restaurant for dinner.v We were very satisfied.

Staff is very friendly, room is very comfortable. Location is right close to the volcanoes national park. Breakfast provided is very good. Only drawbacks are - not enough lights when we had to find the hotel room during the night (we had a tough time finding the hotel after 6pm); contact number for the hotel was not reachable at night during check-in.
