Il a tout. L'emplacement est parfait, très proche du lac Hoan Kiem. Ma fille adore cet hôtel et souhaite y rester plus longtemps. Mes parents viennent de la campagne et ne sont pas habitués à la vie citadine, mais le personnel est si amical et leur a fait ressentir une chaleur vraiment réconfortante.

While we spent only one night there, we came back to another hotel later so we had a good comparison for Old Quarter small hotels. As the hotel is in a small side street, the combination between central location, but less hussle and noise right outside is excellent. The service they provided was very good and proactive including excellent restaurant recommendations. As we had to leave early the next morning they had already arranged a breakfast doggy bag for us as well as pick up. I would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel. Our stay was so memorable and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Exceptional service by the staff, We would rate as the best service we have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was so delicious. Location Great able to walk to all the attractions and shopping. Will certainly be back when we return to Hanoi.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also good. This is a good location, within walking distance of Train Street for one example. If you go there, ask what time the trains come thru. We missed that. The beds are a bit hard, but all else is great!

We used Royal Palace hotel as a base. This was our first hotel in Hanoi, and we returned here after the loop, after Sapa and again when we returned from a cruise on Halong Bay. The service was outstanding! The employees go above and beyond to make each stay perfect. We had the opportunity to try 4 different rooms. The breakfast was also exceptional with both local and European options. Celena, at reception, was outstanding!

We would put this hotel up there with one of the best we’ve stayed in .. it’s not as luxury as some but ALL the staff were a 10/10.. they could not do enough to help, extremely polite, offered tea coffee cold drink whenever we came back to the hotel, breakfast was very good - great variety and the breakfast staff very friendly n helpful .. bed was comfortable, location top notch .. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone ..
