The information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY. It is 50km away. Something very fishy going on. E-bookers have repeatedly refused to respond to the fact that they are posting incorrect information, and also have refused to refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS VIA EBOOKERS DO NOT BOOK THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY IN HANGZHOU CITY FUTHERMORE, I WOULD ADVISE AVOIDING EBOOKERS TOTALLY.
