New construction in 2022 in Angler Bay with new furniture and mattresses. Perfect for families and friends who like to fish. Plenty of parking for cars and boat trailer.
Well outfitted kitchen: microwave, coffee maker (grounds or k-cups), air fryer, insta pot, crockpot and boiling pot. Table service for 12. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Seating for 4 at kitchen table with option to expand to 6. Outdoor propane grill. Kitchen towels included. Please note pier and dock are shared with the house next door.

Relaxing Bay getaway
Nice property located on a channel with beautiful views of the LA coast. Great fishing, quiet community, perfect relaxing getaway for a family. Property was newer, well maintained, clean, and great location. No complaints at all other than not knowing it has a shared dock with the house next door until arrival. It worked out for us though bc we only had to share one evening with a nice quiet couple but could see being an issue if had to share with a bigger family. Besides that, will definitely be booking again in the future.

It was great! Only thing that would make it better would be if there were lights underneath the house so you could see when cooking on grill. Place was super nice and loved having a washer and dryer to use.

WONDERFUL TRIP!
Our family visited for a long weekend! The house was PERFECT!!! The nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, by far! Everything we could possibly need was there. The home was VERY clean. We will definitely be back!
