The Balcony was very scenic, sipping coffee every morning was a delite. The location was excellent and very close to everything. It was nice being able to take are pet with us however its very restricting because the beach doesn't allow dogs at any time. It was a great stay

Great location and we really liked the layout of the condo. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as we expected, and the cleaning lady was still finishing up when we arrived at check-in time. Overall, a nice place but could use some improvement in the cleaning process.

Beautiful beach

Lovely stay in Gulf shores. Condo is nice in a beautiful location on the beach. Condo is on the 8th floor, just be aware that there is only one elevator. Most of the time it was not a problem. Beautiful view from balcony

-Outdoor metal chairs very rusty; sofa and recliner were dirty, cushions were sagging, all artificial flowers were covered in a very thick layer of dirt/dust through out; fan pulls nasty!-broken glass in kitchen cabinet; inadequate silverware; bedspread worn, dirty with odor

Gulfshores getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the gulf balcony view. Area was safe and friendly. Restaurants near by were great. Overall satisfied with a few exceptions. Pet friendly a must for our fur baby. Update the living room furniture and do your pest control would have made our stay even better.

Was disappointed as to where you had to take my dog for his potty break, next to road, with all the traffic was very distracting so he had a hard time I realize the space is limited but would be nice to have a fenced in area

Absolutely beautiful location. Located on the 8th floor with a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Within walking distance of many local eateries. Check In process was fantastic, as far as how to access unit, location of parking space, and condo amenities. Communication with property management was five-star. Unit could use some updates, but overall location/price could not be beat.

Nicer than expected

Enjoyed time with grand babies at the pool and beach. Easy walking to the beach. Nice views. Not having to worry about the fur babies boarded somewhere was really nice. Will book again.

Everything was great. I really wish dogs were allowed on the beach. I didn't know that dogs weren't allowed on the beach until the day before we left for gulf shores. The location and everything surrounding our condo was great. The pull out couch bed is really probably only meant for children it's very uncomfortable for adults. No complaints it was a beautiful vacation. Make sure to check the parking garage for your parking spot. We were there 3 days before we realized that some idiot was in our assigned parking spot. They had a SUV that covered the sign that clearly said parking for 802. The view from the patio was breathtaking.

Great location right on a beautiful beach.

This is a nice condo in a great location right on the beach. Reserved covered parking is also a great plus. Checkin was easy. Hosts are professionals. The building and condo are a little dated, but the price makes this a great value.

Awesome view

My wife and I spent a long weekend here to enjoy the Gulf, and the view from the large balcony was perfect. This is a top floor unit in a small, older building, and it's a bit tired and dated, but comfortable and functional. There's a nice pool (also an indoor pool that we didn't use) and convenient covered parking. Overall, great for the price, although certainly not luxurious. We would definitely stay here again.

Worse Condo Ever!!

Everything was extremely outdated and very uncomfortable. Livingroom furniture was terrible and the bedroom was even worse. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Beware!!!
