The condo was pretty clean. Not well supplied as I am used to in the kitchen. We did have a mouse visitor one evening. we opened the door and it ran out. I looked almost like a pet mouse.

Nice but older
Had a hard time opening the lock box.
There was a ceiling fan in the middle of the living area on the floor. Called but it was 2 hours for someone to come. They took the fan which was from the bedroom and never came back and replaced it.
Suggest you start the ice maker for incoming guests.

Great cozy condo!!
We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We will rent here again. It was as advertised. The beds were extremely comfortable so we all slept well! The two flights of stairs were manageable. The building is on the beach side so that was terrific. The condo had everything we needed and the host was responsive. A great stay!!
