This place is absolutely gorgeous and nothing beats the breathtaking views of the water from the many floor to ceiling windows throughout. The outdoor pool is perfect and the indoor pool has the perfect temperature with an infinity view of the beach. The place is clean and it has so much space. Our family has rated this vacation spot as our absolute favorite and we will be coming back to this exact spot again. The staff on the beach were amazing and the beach was not overcrowded. Perfection!

Family vacation

This condo was very nice. The views were amazing on the 11th floor. I really liked that you could also see the ocean from the balcony that joins the other two bedrooms. The covered parking was a bonus and the pools were very nice and clean. We had a few issues with some things in the condo, but otherwise the stay was great. The location was also very nice. Not far from anything at all. So many good restaurants and things to do

Wonderful family spot!

We had a three night stay in 1101 and it was a great spot for our family of six. Communication about what was onsite was great and there were very few surprises. The kitchen, bath towels, laundry and dishwasher pods were perfect for our amount of days on the property. The view is amazing from any point in the condo or on the patio. Indoor infinity pool was a huge win for our family. We would have preferred the ice machine in the fridge worked. The way to get to indoor pool and fitness room is a little disjointed, having to walk through the parking garage. And for spring months it would have been nice to have the outdoor pool be heated. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great vacation spot!

We loved the location, beach and atmosphere. We loved having pizza, burgers, happy hour, Alvin’s Island all within walking distance. The condo was clean and neat. The beds slept great and the linens were very clean. Only downside was we didn’t have a hair dryer, ice maker, or Keurig. We survived. I bought a hair dryer and left in the room. Also getting a parking tag and trying to meet up with security was a mess and hectic but we didn’t get towed. We loved being able to text Liquid life and get quick responses. We will be back

2 Broken Elevators

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience started off with someone coming to show us how to work the dishwasher. (Nice from LL) They did change the Thermostat to 69, but it took a while and the 1st night was HOT. It did finally cool down and it was fine! Now, the negative! When we got there on Monday, 5th an elevator was already broken from Saturday. Then, on Monday during bad weather, the 2nd elevator broke. VERY DANGEROUS. We want to the store and had to carry our groceries up 11 floors. I really thought I was going to pass out. But, I realized all of the 15 floors above us that had to do the same thing. It was totally unacceptable that the broken elevator wasn't fixed before the 2nd elevator went out. Also, the Floors in our condo were absolutely filthy.
