The unit met our needs for 2 adults and the view of the beach was great. The unit was adequately clean with the amenities that met our needs. Check in and parking was easy. I wish there had been another mirror located in the condo to use when two people are trying to get ready at the same time, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this unit.

Booking online was easy. Check-in was easy also. Was a wonderful location, was close to many of the restaurants. Easy access. Room had a balcony also facing the beach. As far as the room, it had absolutely everything we needed. We were on the second floor. I will definitely stay there again. I really wanted to stay longer this time, but couldn't. And the host checked on us often to see how everything was going and if we needed anything.

beach getaway

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway in gulf shores! We were right in the heart of the town and were pretty much walking distance from everything! My favorite part was the access to the beach! It was a quick and easy bridge walk to the beach. there were also attendants as soon as you got on the sand to reserve chairs if wanted!

Beach Condo

Great location on beach. Condo could use some sprucing up-especially bathroom. A/C works great but is very loud.

The view was good, balcony large enough for two. Comfortable bed and furnishings. We had questions on arrival and got a quick and courteous response from the management company. New appliances and a FABULOUS ice maker in the fridgeSeveral good eating places only a short walk away. After booking I was a bit surprised that parking was not included, although I would guess it was in the ‘fine print’ somewhere. I would stay again

Our vacation

The condo was perfect. Loved the room and our location. Lots of entertainment, stores , and restaurants within walking distance. We just had a little trouble figuring out what floor our room was on and didn’t realize I was going to be charged 44 dollars for a parking permit. We will definitely go back and use them again.

February 2025

We like the location of this building. The building was well maintained. The unit we were in was a bit dated and the bathroom was tiny but when we had an issue with the furnace Beachball Properties sent a repairman right away and the issue was resolved that same afternoon. We would book in this building again.

Island west

The condo was ok nothing special. Small no door on bedroom and to top it all off 50 to park that’s BS. We have stayed at crystal villas in Destin several times and paid nothing to park.

Check in was easy, just hard to wait until 4 and then you have all the traffic coming in at same time. Would have been nice to get parking pass.earlier in the day

Very good property

The property was just as it looks in the photos. Everything was great except for the lamps in the bedroom didn’t work, it may have been the light bulbs needed replacing but we didn’t bring lightbulbs. Otherwise, everything else was awesome!

Loved staying here!!!

We loved this condo. Well maintained, ocean view, and just a block from restaurants. WONDERFUL air conditioning!! We could see dolphins in the morning. The resort was busy but not crowded. The only negative was it was not clear as to where we needed to go to buy a parking pass. Called the management for the condo, they never called back. We found out we're to buy the pass by asking another guest.
